Great customer service on picking up and dropping off car. We even got a complimentary life to the Airport via their Shuttle Bus. Our MG Sedan was spotless. Would recommend.

You don’t get a full tank of fuel and yet you must bring it back full bad form bargain car rentals will never use them again

If we ever give out a vehicle without a full tank of fuel, it's deeply regrettable. When issues like this are noticed, if you can send through a photo of the fuel gauge at pick-up, we can advise the depot that you will be returning the vehicle without a full tank, or send you a reimbursement for the missing fuel.

Decent car at a decent price with no major issues or nasty surprises. Pick up process from the airport was quite slow and uncertain but other than that everything went smoothly.
Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

The whole process was disappointing…
The whole process was disappointing from booking beleiving i had full excess cover incl but to find out it was an agency & not Bargain cover so it cost me anoth $400 and was not able to cancel the other cover. The car was crap, could not connect to maps and the driver assist alarms were rubbisb. As sensor fell off whilst parked in the Novotel & although it was still connected when i informwd the staff when checking in they made out it was my issue and not the fact the car is Chinese rubbish.
I doubt i will rent from Bargain again
Staff at check in and checkout were not informative and seemed like they did not give a crap about my satisfaction even when i pointed out i could not connect to maps he said for me to just hold my phone amd use it

We're sorry that you weren't able to connect to the map function of the vehicle and that the safety features of the vehicle were frustrating.
Regarding the sensor that fell off, the same way that if someone borrowed your vehicle and returned it missing a part, advising that it fell off does not remove liability for the damage.
We will pass the feedback on to our staff at the desk, to make sure we're empathising more, rather than jumping straight into problem selving when it comes to issues like this, thank you for the guidance.

Great service by staff. Only complaint would be that car was not clean (vacuumed) inside and was dirty outside.

Great service, the car pick and drop off was super easy and quick and the car went great on our road trip around Kakadu and Katherine National parks. Would definitely book Bargain again when we are back in Australia!

DON’T use this company
DON’T use this company. They are kilometers away from actual airport and you have to wait for their shuttle bus. It adds a couple of hours to your return trip. An ‘SUV’ from them is a tiny and crumple-style car that is dangerous on Stuart Highway. And they take $1 from your card so they have an excuse WITHOUT communication to add another $300-$500 to your fee. Choose one of five companies actually based right inside airport who behave professionally.
