I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a sofa less than six months ago, and it has already shown excessive wear far worse than any sofa I’ve owned before. The cushions became saggy and misshapen within a very short time, despite paying extra for an “upgraded” version that was supposed to last longer.

The customer service has been just as frustrating. I’ve spent almost a month trying to get a proper response, with long delays, repeated excuses, and no real resolution. Instead of offering a fair replacement, they pushed for high additional charges and only offered to replace the cushions even though the whole sofa is clearly poor quality.

What’s even more concerning is that after looking online, I found many other customers with similar or worse issues, and the company seems to avoid dealing with complaints properly.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. The quality is poor, the customer service is slow and unhelpful, and the overall experience has been incredibly stressful. I wish I had gone with a more reputable retailer.

BEWARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Ordered a custom made sofa only sent half the sofa and wanted me to pay an again for the rest!!! Beware do not use!!!!

Avoid Avoid ... I asked for the " exact bed in the picture with headboard" the bed they sent was a lot smaller he did send measurement and I assumed they would be the ones for the bed in the picture " Noop and this guy now wants more money for the correct headboard I ordered for my sister.. so I wasn't there on delivery .. Avoid rip off !! Any proffessional company doesn't do this !! Don't waste your time with these AVOID

Delivered faulty goods, at first they agreed to rectify the issue, told me i would receive a new part that never came. When I queried this they just started ignoring all messages. I am now sat with a faulty sofa and out of pocket by near on £800.

Scammers. Took my money and then told a ridiculous add on charge for delivery .
Had to file a police report for fraud , have since heard through research it’s not the first time . Multiple dissolved companies and addresses are a big giveaway .
