Its the little things..
As someone who understands the area of serviced accommodation I can honestly say that Barefoot instinctively know the little things to remember to include when presenting a property to clients.
From pre-stocked wood pile for fire, kitchen utensil details down to tea / coffee, robes and hampers and Christmas tree.
I must say these people and the properties they portfolio are a credit to the industry and refreshing to have done business with. They care about the product they are presenting down to the last detail, and put customer satisfaction on par with profits.
Many thanks to the team Lucie / Brittany and the gentleman that came with the extra dining chair for us. We had a wonderful Christmas in a beautiful area that we visit regularly throughout the summer months.
We usually stay at the Hoste when visiting and staying over, but this has given us a different perspective moving forward and we will definitely be contacting Barefoot again for future bookings, such was the quality of product and service.

Not always dog friendly although described as such
Really nice properties but they should be more transparent about what they mean by dog friendly.
We previously stayed at Sea View Barn, Titchwell, and, on arrival, read in the in-house brochure that our dog had to stay in the utility room for the duration of our stay & recently at Skippers, Brancaster, the instructions were for the dog to only sleep in the too small, too hot utility room.

Our dog-friendly homes do have specific guidelines set by the individual homeowners to help maintain the properties, and we appreciate your comments on the need for greater transparency. Easy to look at the properties on line
Easy to look at the properties on line, spoke to a lady and booked for a week in June, everything explained clearly and questions answered, booked with Barefoot a few times in the past and they were always helpful.

Brancaster stays…
We have stayed in Brancaster for three years now, three times a year through Barefoot Retreats. All the houses are superb and I wouldn’t want to book through anyone else. Any problems are dealt with quickly and housekeeping is excellent. They really offer a home from home experience.

We have just stayed at Woodville in…
We have just stayed at Woodville in Brancaster with our friends, Sara & Mike Graham. The house was perfect, very well stocked with everything we needed & lovely & clean. Due to this we have now booked Lazy Days in Burnham overy Staithe for next year.

Classy property
Great looking properties and easy to use website. Not the cheapest rentals but they look classy. We're looking forward to our first stay in a Barefoot property.

Barefoot Retreats = 5 Star Luxury
All contact made with the team was very professional and efficient. The property we booked was fully equipped, so clean and the welcome pack was super generous with amazing goodies.

Great holidays, good value
We have just returned from our third holiday in a Barefoot Retreat holiday cottage and all 3 have been exceptional.
Each one has been a quality property, spotlessly clean and exceedingly well equipped.
We have already booked another Barefoot Retreat holiday cottage for next year.
