Purchased a barefoot dreams, top and bottom lounging set from QVC. I purchased a small tall. The pants are fine and long enough but the arms on the top are regular size. They’re not any longer than a normal size top so I’m a little upset about that bad sizing.

I purchased 2 cozy chic blanket wraps. I paid for rushed shipping and the total over $300. Now when I revived the product, I received a cheap second from China, not the same product listed on their website. They are now only wanted to refund one of them even though tags are intact and I ordered them 3 days ago. Do not buy from this company!!! It is a scam ….

I'm so disappointed to share this experience, because I like the quality of Barefoot Dreams, but had such a disappointing experience.

I placed an order for 3 throws on 12/4/25 from their "12 Days of Christmas" list on their website. I selected from the colors that were listed as available. My credit card was charged on 12/4/25 when the order was submitted.

One week later, the order had still not been shipped and I phoned to check status. It was then that I was told that they had sold out of the throws, had just found out that they would not be able to fulfill my order, and would refund my account. The only thing I was offered was a 20% discount on a future order, that could not even be applied to items on sale.

So much for completing my Christmas shopping at the beginning of the month...

Consider this a cautionary tale, just because it's on their website doesn't mean it's in stock...

We purchase a Barefoot Dreams Prayer Throw each year to celebrate my wife’s survivorship of breast cancer.

The throws are made of amazing quality, they are soft, warm and have a special meaning to my family.

The company doesn’t post ALL its reviews, mostly favorable ones. Mine wasn’t posted. I called to get some in depth information on their blankets and the call operative gave me misinformation leading to an expensive mistake. The blanket wasn’t at all what I wanted. So be wary of their great reviews!

I love Barefoot Dreams products. They are high quality and are extremely comfortable. They are worth every penny!

Unfortunately, I ordered a present for Mother's Day on Thursday before Mother's Day. I paid over $25 for 2 day air shipping just to find out that it will arrive the Monday after Mother's Day. I was given the run around and every excuse was made saying that they had up to 10 days to pack it before it shipped out! Why would someone pay over $21 for 3 day air and $25 for 2 day air if it was going to take about 2 weeks. They also had a Mother's Day special scrolling on Friday before Mother's Day like it was possible to get items still. I have been a loyal Barefoot Dream's customer for a couple years, buying numerous blankets, pajamas, loungers and a cardigan for myself as well as gifts. Just beware! I love their line but just refuse to give anymore money for a company that will not be loyal to a customer!

Whilst they feel soft the garments themselves are not that comfortable due to the fact that the fabric is dense and not very stretchy. The cut is poor and not flattering. You have to pay the postage to return. It is overpriced and very slow to arrive. Waste of money.

Expect extreme shipping delays. Bought a blanket on 12/3 and it didn’t ship until Dec 16 and still hasn’t arrived. Also charged me top dollar / $14.95 for the terrible service. Won’t order here again. It’s 2023 - doesn’t take anyone an entire month to deliver items. Poor service.

Bought their cozy chic light and ultralight items. They both shed terribly, lint embedded into your clothes, cannot remove it with a dryer cycle or a lint roller. Called the company they could care less told me they were sorry for my inconvenience as hundreds of dollars of clothing is basically ruined. I will not buy another piece from there and I am in the process of sending every piece back to QVC. Buyer beware. You can only see the shiny lint when it is in the sunlight. Their fabrication is defective! It’s sad, because they are very soft, but not worth ruining other clothes. And I also had to wash my washer because it was full of lint, and this was after the Cozy chic light top was washed two times already. So they continue to shed even after multiple washings Also had a very rude customer service rep, who did not care that they lost a customer and would lose more as I let everyone know on social media and through word of mouth, save your money by from a different manufacturer. will be buying more eco friendly clothing and this is made from synthetics/oil. i can do much better for the environment.

I coudln't be happier with my soft blanket purchase! I would 100% recommend it.

Customer Service on the website was very helpful. I exchanged an item with no hassle, the label was provided in the original order and I was able to track my return quickly and easily. Highly recommend shopping on the website over Nordstrom, QVC, etc.
