Just finishing the signature Barefoot coaching course and I have to say from the moment of first interest to the end of the course Barefoot have been exceptional.

Open and informative at the initial stages, flexible in order to get everything set-up and the delivery and support from the tutors, as well as the content since the course started, has been outstanding.

I would and have recommended Barefoot to anybody seeking to improve their coaching skills - in whatever capacity.

I did my basic training with Barefoot and have been continually going back for additional courses for my professional development. I have also been to many other organisations but one thing that is different for me at Barefoot is that in addition to high quality content, the team is very friendly and caring and the Barefoot community has been super supportive. I have recommended Barefoot to a few friends who have also trained there.

I cannot recommend the Barefoot coach training course any more highly than to give it 5 stars out of 5. The course itself was superb, and I learned so much that I apply on an everyday basis as a trainer and coach.

My interactions with Kim, and everyone at Barefoot HQ, have always been ultra-professional and efficient. If you are searching for a programme that will show you how to go out and make an impactful coaching difference to the lives of people, you would be hard-pressed to find a better course than this.

Having done quite a bit of research into coaching providers, I decided to go with Barefoot. Originally drawn to them through location, as soon as I started the course I knew it was going to be a special experience and Barefoot didn't disappoint. Great mix of theory, practical application all mixed together with exceptional tutors who embody a coaching approach throughout the course. We even got taught by Kim, which was a real treat. Without doubt, a great experience, would highly recommend!

I did quite a bit of research to find a provider that felt like a good fit. Barefoot’s genuine passion for sharing what they do shone through. I haven’t regretted my decision. My person and professional development has been life-changing.

Thoroughly recommend the Barefoot coaching programme. It is highly interactive, practical and comprehensive. The sessions include a mix of input and practice. The limit on numbers for each cohort means there’s lots of time for engagement and trying out the theory. Tutors are really supportive. I recommend this programme frequently as I got so much from it myself.

I completed the Barefoot programme in London in 2017 after it was recommended to me, and I'm so pleased I did. The programme itself is excellent in terms of breadth of content, personal development opportunities and varied style of input. The icing on the, already pretty special, cake is that you become part of the Barefoot 'family' and then forever more when you meet another 'Barefooter' you know you are almost guaranteed to have the pleasure of working with someone of a high calibre, with whom you can continue to grow.

I had followed Barefoot for a long while before I undertook my training in 2019. The training was well organised, with excellent facilitation and resources.
What I hadn’t really expected was that being part of the training would then lead into being part of the Barefoot community or family of coaches. I have enjoyed various CPD, the support of a thriving professional network and it has been the perfect launchpad to my coaching business.
It’s easy to say that the course was a life changing experience but actually harder to describe why. Maybe because some of the people I met will be lifelong friends and colleagues, maybe because the personal development and learning that was furthered there goes on to this day, maybe because it enabled me to use all the experience and skills I have to do work that is meaningful, purposeful and truly transformative for others.
If you are reading this and wondering whether this is the provider for you then go along to a morning taster event where you will hopefully experience the same richness, generosity and authenticity that I did in the very first call I made to Barefoot in 2015.

I first completed the Barefoot Coaching Course 16 years ago and it changed my life dramatically, it started my journey of transformational discovery and development. I used the skills everyday at work and with family to amazing effect. Over the last year I have updated my skills and attended Barefoot sessions on CBT, Human Givens, Grief and Loss, Group Coaching and How to build a Coaching business. Barefoot offer excellent programmes that continue to delight me, the skills are instantly usable and powerful, I would highly recommend.

I was introduced to Barefoot by three of their alumni who were working as coaches at my workplace. They all said that the training was life-transforming. I then attended their course taster event and met Kim Morgan the founder and I was taken by her genuine passion to help train rounded coaches in a very supportive environment. The course did not disappoint, through the many opportunities to coach and be coached my life was transformed. I came out being ready to start working with clients to support their transformation and Barefoot was there every step of the way. they continue to offer relevant and effective continuous coaching development events that have added great value to my practice. One of the greatest gifts from the course is the wonderful alumni network of coaches that I am now a part of. The ICF accreditation and PG certificate option with Chester University are a great value add for those who want to be corporate-facing. It is very much like a family. I would recommend Barefoot to anyone who is looking to train as a coach.

Barefoot Coaching course literally changed my life, so now as a coach I can help change other peoples lives. This is not just a course, it's like being welcomed into a new family. The support and honesty are so professional but welcoming too. Barefoot changed my life. That’s not an understatement. I knew from the moment I walked into the room that I’d made a great decision. Not just the way the course is organised, the materials we received and what they teach but also to the amazing team of facilitators and coaches that were there training us and supporting us.

It was important to me that the course I chose was associated with a professional body (Barefoot is with ICF) but also that it has the PG certificate element as I wanted to get the stamp of approval from a university. The Barefoot team has supported me the whole way through the pg cert and for that I am grateful.

Honestly, it has been part of my ‘great awakening’ for my own self awareness and learning - I now run my own coaching and culture consulting business and couldn’t be happier.
