I’ve banked with Barclays since the early 80s I personally can’t fault them

Keinerlei Kontakt Möglichkeit außerhalb der App. Hatte Handy und Email Probleme wollte daraufhin aus Sicherheitsgründen Karte kündigen per Einscheiben und Rückschein da ja anders nicht möglich . Seit Monaten keinerlei Antwort weiß nicht ob Karte gekündigt wurde oder nicht

I have a small business and needed a business card , Barclays reached out to me with a small limit which was fine , but a terrible service , I’m constantly told I have an outstanding amount which isn’t true , I try to contact them to double check this and you can’t get through , it randomly gets blocked every now and then and it’s just such a terrible service , the lines also always poor quality and can never here anyone properly. I’m currently trying to cancel the card and it’s taken me 4 attempts and the line just goes dead or hangs up.

Lloyd’s business credit card is outstanding , I’d highly recommend them , I use them all the time now with also my business account being held with them , they are great and such a great service!

Im August wurde von meiner Barcleys VISA card ein Betrag abgebucht, der nicht von mir beauftragt wurde. Ich habe meine card sofort selbst gesperrt und den Betrug über die App bei Barcleys angezeigt, was auch bestätigt wurde. Bis heute hat sich das Unternehmen trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht wieder bei mir gemeldet. Das Geld ist weg, meine Karte noch gesperrt. Bei einem solch schlechten Service einer Bank kann man nur noch kündigen und andere warnen.

My credit card was blocked because of a fraud detection one week ago. I received a letter from barcleys informing me about this issue 5 days later. I am trying to reach customer service via 3 different phone numbers since 4 days and can´t get someone on the line to solve it. This is the worst customer service I encoutered since years.

Really happy with the service that I received at the Stevenage branch. I set up my account last year before the first lockdown where I was offered a cup of tea in a proper cup whilst sitting at a desk with an advisor setting up my new account. Last week I finally paid in some cash and thoroughly enjoyed being called Madam. Great service. Thank you so much.

It is almost impossible to get hold of the hotline. If you are a busy business man don't choose this bank. You will spend hours in the hotline.
