After subscribing for a few months, I've been pleased with the functionality of barchart. The interactive charts, technical and fundamental data, and options pricing and strategy tools are great. I've found that most of the data I regularly need for trading is available on one site, saving me time.
Unlike many other sites, the AI chatbot is actually helpful for getting information on where to find features. Customer service is also responsive. For example, I inquired about a chart feature that I thought should be available given that some other sites offer it. I was told that it wasn't available currently, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow-up email a few weeks later noting that the development team had added it. You don't get that kind of service often from a financial data site (other than possibly a Bloomberg terminal, where the price is astronomical). While I have found a few limitations in the available data, Barchart covers a large swath of financial market data and offers good value for the money overall.

I am older than the trees and younger than the mountains (a salute to J. Denver) and I've never see a website better than barcharts. I use the custom option-trading scanners to find great trades...but I have realized there is almost that does it all better than BARCHART.COM They have real live people when you need help and they are fast and accurate 5-stars on all of it from me. thank you Barchart Folks

I've been a subscriber for about five years. I use the tool to generate watch lists and track portfolio movement using Renko charts and other indicators. I think their charting and screening tools are excellent and their customer service is outstanding, I recently asked if there was a way to input fractional periods on Renko charts - answer was 'No, but we'll work on it'. Today they notified me that it was included in the most recent update. Bottom line is they listen to their users and react quickly. So very appreciated.

The best stock watching and charting site I have ever seen. Create your own (real time) watch lists, portfolios - excellent screener. You can see all aspects of the market. VERY, VERY user friendly. Anyone will be able to navigate this professional site - even a brand new beginner - or an advanced trader. You can be a free member (which may be all you need) or move up to a very modest subscription billed by the month - not by the year !!!!! I have been using them for about 15 years.

I've been a subscriber on and off for many years, going back to the first years of the company's existence. Support has always been their strong suit. Even when issues were difficult to resolve, they always showed persistence and ultimately arrived at a resolution. I know Barchart as a commodity futures data provider, so I can't speak to their equity and equity options capabilities, but in the futures world, there are none better.

Excellent information, very fast response time and excellent customer service

I have been a Barchart Premier member for many years, and I continue to be impressed by what they offer investors. The depth and breadth of their webinars are truly unique, with content designed to help investors identify opportunities in virtually every area of the market.
I regularly watch the webinars and find them an excellent way to continue educating myself and staying current with the markets.
Personally, I trade put options, and the Naked Put Options page has been invaluable to me. It saves me a tremendous amount of time when researching potential trades and has helped me identify opportunities that have made me money.
Whenever I have had a question or comment, the Barchart team has responded promptly and thoroughly.
In my opinion, there is no better site for investors who want powerful tools, education, research, and actionable market information all in one place.

And, I never miss Market on Close with John Rowland.

extremely valuable to investors/traders who're willing to dig into a huge vault of high-quality stock, etf, futures and options data. One thing that distinguishes them from other data vendors or brokers/exchanges that sell data is that they're very active in quality control on the data and on developing new datasets and new views/downloads of those datasets.

I've taken many trading / analysis platforms out for test drives. I settled on Barchart because for my daily trading work, this platform delivers a terrific set of features on a very attractive bang-for-the-buck ratio. Also, their response time on customer service questions has been, for me, lightning fast.

I would give customer service zero stars if I could.

My experience with Barchart's customer service has been extremely disappointing. Rather than addressing the substance of my queries, responses repeatedly adopted the narrowest plausible interpretation of what I had written. In my experience, that interpretation consistently happened to be the one that meant no action was required on their part or that the issue could be dismissed as being outside their responsibility or otherwise unresolvable.

A recent issue illustrates this well. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, I found myself caught in lengthy back-and-forth email exchanges over technicalities while the underlying issue remained unresolved. It took approximately five emails despite all of the relevant information being included in my original message. Rather than addressing the actual problem, each response focused on a different technicality. Once I had clarified the issue to the point where it could no longer reasonably be misunderstood, communication stopped altogether. I have not received any further response, and the issue remains unresolved. This is not an isolated incident - there have been multiple similar experiences recently.

Overall, I found the support process frustrating, time-consuming, and ineffective. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their customer service.

Barchart's support team is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The response is fast and from an actual human being, which is rare these days. The site is full of robust and useful tools to help give you an edge in the markets. I especially love the screener tools to narrow down profitable trade opportunities. The Premier features pay for themselves and beyond. I recently signed up for their real-time trading platform, cmdtyView. The edge it provides in the futures market using real-time data direct from the exchanges is unparalleled when comparing it to other data sources. I'm a very happy and thankful user.

Ease of use, intuitive, many logical and comprehensive features yet simple. Response time is quick to any help I require. And all of this at a rate much lower than other comparable software, and I have used most of them.

As far as I can tell this company is run by people concerned about the quality of their product and are eager to learn what they can add, change to make it more usable to their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Truly underrated platform and YouTube channel within the financial industry. They provide valuable information for retail investors/traders.

I highly recommend watching their "Market On Close" Segments on Fridays. You'll learn a lot whether you're a beginner or an experienced trader/investor.

Have been utilizing the platform for 7 months now. Haven't looked back since.

John and "Twitter Tom" are a pair of great guys truly. I look forward to them every week.

In my many years of utilizing select pay sites for analysis,tools and insightful education ,I have never found a better site than BARCHART.For those times when I need additional help and guidance in understanding a topic or applying a tool..BARCHART member services has always responded quickly and with guidance I can understand and put into immediate use.Each time I access one of their Podcasts or Market on Close Friday shows with John Roland/Thomas..I always come out being a much improved investor.I hold a Premium Membership which I would be willing to pay 5 times the price..It has,in practice,proved to be just that valuable

As a premium subscriber I feel the barchart platform is a tremendous value. They are constantly improving the tools they provide and offer tremendous learning resources and tutorials to best use the products they offer. If for any reason you have a question, their technical support always provides timely and relevant responses. One of the few companies I deal with these days where you know you can get an answer from an actual person...often in just a couple of hours. Great company, great product, exceptional support.

I have subscribed to many websites over the years and I have to say that Barchart is truly the best experience I have had so far.

There are numerous strong points but I will just mention 2:

1- Education
    If the saying knowledge is power is true, well, Barchart empowers us greatly, because it excels at delivering quality content for educational purposes.

Ranging from a variety of insightful webinars to well documented web articles, there is plenty of information at our fingertips

2- Customer service
     The staff is courteous and is genuinely eager to    answer our questions. The delay time is short, especially for premium members.

These are just two of the countless advantages that Barchart offers. I truly recommend it to anyone who wants to invest or trade properly, whether you are a beginner or advanced.

Of course, nothing is perfect in life, therefore there may be some points that could be improved but it is by far the best website I have personally subscribed to.
