Disappointing
Absolutely horrible service. Did not deliver order, asked to collect from the wrong address they left order to and cannot even agree on refund. Please do not use their service.
They reserve the delivery time for about 30 min you lose it if someone pays first.
The website is crap: it is incredibly slow (~10 seconds per click) and buggy. For example, Google Pay recently stopped working, and failure also cancels reservations.
The physical service is really good; it works as expected and on time.
I have been using Barbora since the early days, and it was my best shipping experience. It is sad to see how barbora.lt is deteriorating over time.
Pasirenki atvežimo laiką kada tau yra patogu, bet Barboros kurjeriai patys nusprendžia kada atveš prekes, beje, neįspėję. Lauki kurjerio sutartu laiku. Bet kurjerio vis nėra, su tavim taip pat niekas nesusisiekia. Skambini pats, ir išgirsti, kad kurjeris bus tik po 2 valandų. Ta prasme,reliai po dviejų valandų. Atsisakėm paslaugų,nes pagarbos klientui 0, beto rekvizitams sumokėjo 4 k, kad žmonės nebegalėtų rašyti neigiamų atsiliepimų, nes turbūt jau patiems gėda dėl tokio neprofesionalaus organizavimo
Kurjeriai nuolat apsimeta, neva nerado namuose, nors sedi ir lauki. Nesivargina atnest maisiuko iki duru, tiesiog baisu. Perkeliama viskas i kitas dienas, kitus laikus. Nerekomenduoju!!!
Quite good experience, but sometimes they don’t have my favourite ice cream brand :(
I had a problem with an order I passed at the beginning of July. Many items were missing and I asked for a refund, providing all the evidences.
Several times they told me, no problem, the refund is on its way. It is now the end of August and I still don’t have my money back.
I wrote multiple times to their customer services and NOTHING CHANGES.
Sadly, this service is very great as long as you don’t have any problem with an order. But when items are missing, it’s a mess and, sorry to say this, their customer service is lying to you.
Avoid at all costs.
EDIT : after 2 months of waiting and several emails, I finally had my money back! It’s still a shame though that it takes so much time and that their customer service is quite nice but pretty useless. You basically have to harass them via emails for months to see something changing.
I have been using Barbora for a while now and can say that I am very happy with the service. I have not experienced any mistakes, the couriers are nice, the orders are delivered quickly and I could not imagine my life without them at this point.
Great online shop for groceries. Delivery issues are few and far between.
They quickly react to any mishaps and issue refunds without too much of a hassle. Report a problem, send them a picture or two, and wait for your money back.
If time slots are available, you can get groceries delivered on the day of ordering. Not all stores do that as far as I'm aware.
The thing that holds it back from a perfect score is the occasional shenanigan when they deliver you an edible product that has the expiration/best before date set to the day of delivery.
