Just like everybody else on here I wish I had read the reviews before I had purchased anything. They basically have stolen my money. With no intention of delivering any goods at all, avoid this company at all costs.

It's been a nightmare experience from start to finish.
I placed an order over a month ago. The website stated that delivery would take 3–5 working days, but my order didn't arrive for almost three weeks. After waiting over two weeks, I asked to cancel the order, but my request was refused.
When the parcel finally arrived, it wasn't what I had ordered. Instead of the bundle I purchased, I received different products. To make matters worse, one of the clippers arrived in damaged packaging and the battery that should have been included was missing.
I'm now trying to return the order, but the customer service has been slow, unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the entire process.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Promise the world. Looks legit with loads of contact options. BUT just try the contacts and see they are all just false and non-existent.
Make your order, weirdly no Paypal when other Shopify sites allow Paypal, now I know why.

Your order will seem all above board, then you get a message saying its being prepared, then you get a message saying they weren't able to ship the day after ordering, then it just never gets fulfilled.

No reply to whatsapp. No reply to online chat, phone number is not a real one. Glasgow is a fake address, payment went to 'The disprupt labs' in Dubai, which is an AI and safety technology company that specializes in Computer Vision AI.

No reply to any emails. At one point website disappeared!! Now taking them through chargeback this weekend as I have gathered all the evidence to do so.

If you dare still order from them, use a credit card, and screenshot EVERYTHING.

Sent a US 125V hair dryer that doesn’t work on UK power — completely unusable.

Customer service does not respond at all. Emails and messages have been completely ignored once the issue was raised.

The company presents itself as UK-based, and I paid extra for 24-hour delivery, only to later find the item was shipped from America and took over a week to arrive. They were quick to respond about the delay, but stopped replying entirely once I reported the product was unusable.

I’ve now had to open a chargeback to try and recover my money.

Would not trust this company — avoid.

We used Barber beauty supplies UK for some Oster classic 76 clippers. The battery failed after 5 months. These things happen, so we emailed for warranty help and where told nope your on your own good bye. Stating there products are so cheap already that they basically can't afford to help. What send then off to be repaired or replaced. Asked to buy a new battery, to be hit by more defencive replies stating their terms of 7 days so bugger off. Just avoid this company like the plague and use someone else

I have bought two trimmers from them both are factory defects they refuse to replace them or fix it even though I have only bought them for two months. I spoke to a friend who had also bought from them it also had the same defect on his trimmer they buy factory defect trimmers for really cheap and sell on to people and scam them I just want to warn the public not to buy from (Barberbeauty) they come and scam you.

What I understand is that they are a small business because they had a hard time doing the exchange for me after they sent me the wrong clipper. However, the team was so helpful; they not only returned my product but also sent me the correct one and gave me a discount code to use for my next order. I really appreciate their effort. I highly recommend it.

I don’t know why this page has some bad reviews but I’ve been buying since 2023 over 10 purchases all happy with them. I remember I encountered a problem with one of their products but their customer service exceeded my expectations.
