Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. After finally determining why our label wasn’t scanning they were even able to help me get it formatted the right way on a system they weren’t familiar with. Very pleased with all of our interactions!

Top tier company
We have been buying barcode labels, and custom made labels from Accugraphix for years. They are consistently reliable! Extremely fast lead times, and dependable quality. We have never once had any issues with our orders. Customer Service is very friendly and helpful. I wish more companies were like them.

Fantastic Service and Great Labels
:: I'm becoming an Amazon seller so it was great that you guys know all about their requirements
:: Your website itself was problematic. I had to enter my barcode data twice because it lost my initial entries. But a GREAT REP helped me by text. She was skilled at helping me through the process and could answer ALL my questions on a Sunday night.
:: And the codes came quickly and look great. I wish they were oriented 180 degrees as they come off the roll. Is that an option?
:: Maybe just me but I wasn't thrilled with getting candy with the order. Nice gesture but it went right into the trash. Everyone I know is trying to eat less sugar.

We print with the copy position so that the barcode is printed in "picket fence" instead of "ladder" format....the "picket fence" printing for the barcode ensures the highest print quality for the barcode. :) So sorry about the sweat treat....we will make a note of that on your future orders...So many of our customers just love those sweet treats, we even get requests for specific flavors!
