Ordered radio and does what it says on box, happy with set

Made 5 large orders ove the last few months and this company has never failed to deliver a 5 star service. Great customer service, great delivery on time or before and well packed goods

Good service but took a while to answer issues as I had the wrong radios sent to me. Have a UK address but cannot use it and have to wait for a single daily reply. If there was 24 hour or local service would be a higher score.
Following my review Baofeng contacted me to address the issues which as very kind and much appreciated. I would certainly use them again.

Having just obtained my license I was looking for a cheap handheld as an introduction and doubt Baofeng can be beat at this price. I'm assuming that they ship once a week as the tracking notification was reporting that the post office was awaiting the item for 6 days. However after that it was delivered within 2 working days.
So far so good. I'm picking repeaters and enjoying using it.

Good communication, I ordered some radios and they were out of stock but immediately gave me options. Well packaged and arrived promptly.

Excellent radios. We use them outdoor at sea and we love them!

Items delivered as expected, good service

Bought a UV-82 to replace my two UV-5Rs and it's rubbish. Asked to send it back and got an email telling me all the things I had probably done wrong. Not good customer service imo.

07 Jul 22 update - admittedly it took some time, but I have had a full refund put into my store account which I have used on another Baofeng radio and external mag mount antenna.

Ordered radio equipment and it was delivered on time, cannot ask for more, would definitely use again.

The radio I bought is excellent: compact, rugged and powerful. There is a bit of a steep learning curve with programming channels, but once learned, it becomes routine. I'm fairly sure that I have still got a lot of the features to play with.
I experienced a problem with delivery-it arrived too early and I was away.
However, when I contacted the company they acted swiftly and effectively to make amends for the problem.

Disappointing experience with slow customer service

Their customer service is definitely not based in UK as it takes 24 hours to receive a reply and they only reply once a day .
They are charging for replacing faulty items .

I have purchased 2 baofeng BF-F8 on 02.04.22 after I saw them advertised coming with a free small SRH805S antenna each . The order took 10 DAYS to arrive and it came with only 1 extra small antenna . I contacted customer service and Mr or Mrs Wing offered to send a second antenna witch arrived pretty fast actually .

Next day one of the radio simply stopped working , that’s when the trouble started .
I made 3-4 videos to demonstrate them that the radio was faulty and after 4-5 emails on 27.04.22 they finally accepted it was faulty . They are now asking for £10 to send me another radio body only .

You would expect that when an item is faulty to be replaced free of charge right ???

Anyway I was happy to pay the £10 charge just to get another radio but it took another 20 emails ( one a day ) and one month to finally get a replacement

In my opinion I believe they should hire a customer service representative in UK to avoid all these lengthy replies , pay attention to the order and stop haggling about replacing faulty products .

When it comes about the radio itself they are definitely worth .

Had some issues at the start with the purchase but it soon got resolved.

Slow response time using the same copy and pasted response multiple times when enqiring if the radios had shipped (a full week after ordering) it seems almost as it this will not be dispatched. In addition it appears that the uk address on the website is probably made up. Will not be reordering

Despite no valid shipping information or dispatch details this did arrive however one of the products is faulty

Faulty product which wont turn on or off. I have been offered £5 to cover the cost of the repair (much lower than cost of item) being difficult to contact and refusing to replace or pay for return shipping. This is hands down one of the worst websites i have ever attempted to buy things from.

The price for the radio plus shipping, was very good. The radio was well packed inside the box. Will probably buy more stuff from this store, good job.
