Bad experience , they do not respect their promises
I’m very disappointed with this lender. They do not respect their promises. They initially offered a high credit limit for business use, but as soon as you start using a significant amount for legitimate business expenses, they suddenly reduce your limit — without any prior notice or communication. This leaves you stuck and struggling to manage your finances, with no explanation or discussion. Very unprofessional and unreliable experience.

The inability to easily build reports on things, or to hook up to QuickBooks, is a disaster in terms of the time suck.

Happy With the company
Happy with the company, as they offer services for Canadians that no one else does.
Pros:
* The only Canadian company I know of that provides a real US bank account for such low fees (or free), accepted by Amazon.
* Excellent exchange rates (FX).
* Multiple bank accounts managed in one place.
* Free unlimited credit cards.
* Same credit card for multiple currencies, automatically deducting from the correct account.
Some issues to improve:
* No e-transfer option, even after a year of saying it's coming soon. Every transfer to Loop takes at least 4 business days, which is frustrating for last-minute transfers.
* No mobile app, only a website.
* No option to save the verification code for the browser, so it asks for verification every time.
* Not yet insured by the government, as far as I know.
The biggest issue for me is the slow transfer rate. However, I am unaware of any other company that provides Canadians with an actual US bank account—not a Canadian bank with US currency.

Wonderful for the core value
Wonderful for the core value: quick, simple, cheap currency exchange for my business. No waiting for payments. Great credit card functionality (and finally with ApplePay). Timely and clear alerts for transactions.
Needs work on: Giving interest (I'd prefer to keep my cash in a Loop account but there is no incentive to do so), clearer on-screen transaction records with balances, integration with Quickbooks

Oustanding Customer Service, Amazing Platform

Account disabled without prior notice and no explanation what so over. Support does not respond to me. I used this card as a Canadian buying in USD from the US for my business. Never broke any terms or conditions. There is still funds on my card that I cannot access now.
