This is with reference to a several pairs of trousers I bought a couple of years ago; they are wearing well and still are, a comfortable fit.
Being short in the leg I normally find it difficult to get a pair to fit, & have to have them shortened but have been able to get them from M&S.

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry if you were unaware that a standalone web service wasn't available to simply allow you to manage your account online. Our Customer Service team are available to take any queries over the telephone between 8am-8pm daily, but if you choose to update to a smartphone in the future, you would then be able to download the app to manage your account on that device, but also have access to the web service we currently have available. A Financial Tool With Great Benefits
Since getting my card a couple of years ago it has been great to have as a very useful financial tool. I nearly always pay cash but have started often paying with my M & S bank card for the rewards. It's especially useful during the great M&S sales so that I don't miss out on the many, many bargains and then pay off the charges well within the time. Having this card makes me feel a little more secure too in the knowledge that M&S protects me from fraudulent use of my card too. Thank you.

If you haven’t got an M&S Credit Card… get one!
I like to know when I spend on a credit card. M&S send a notification every time. A year ago I had a notification that my card had been used to buy a high value item. I contacted the support team and they dealt with it calmly and effectively.
I like the offers and rewards, plus M&S premium club.
Their integration with the M&S Sparks card app is really good. Easy to use and the offers are good and targeted to me.

Not interested in PC Access by M&S
While I have access to a smart phone at times I don't always use one, and this rubbish cannot be accessed via a PC.
Tried, but I keep getting referred back to the phone app. Not sure how I can reach out when the bank isn't interested in anything other than smart phones

A trusted Card
I've been an M&S Credit Card holder for many years and have always found their banking app to be customer-focused, intuitive, and easy to use. I use the card for both everyday spending and larger purchases, as it provides added security and peace of mind. With scams and fraudulent activity becoming increasingly common, it's reassuring to have the extra protection that comes with using the card. Overall, I've had a very positive experience and would happily recommend it.

M&S Bank on GrapheneOS
After my old phone landed jam side down in a car park, I made the choice to switch to GrapheneOS, a secure open-source version of Android, to de-Google and move away from big tech
On initial migration, all was working well. But within a month the M&S Banking app refused to work, claiming my device was rooted (untrue). Without the digital banking app I couldn't access my account. And so I left my original post here. M&S reached out to say contact them to see if they could help
I couldn't find an email address (really unhelpful) and it was difficult to explain the issue over the phone. However, I did eventually get an email address from talking to them over the phone after saying I wanted to lodge a complaint when the complaints team subsequently reached out
M&S stated it was GrapheneOS's fault, however my device was fully up to date. I don't know the core issue and how it got resolved, but my M&S Banking app has now worked on GrapheneOS for several months. Long may that continue - moving away from big tech shouldn't be that hard
I'm grateful to M&S for the support I eventually got, but boy was it difficult to find an email address for them
They also sent me a physical pass to access my account from a web browser which is great. If this and an email address for customer services were openly available, I would give them 5 stars

Waste of time and money
Spent 18 mins on hold, paying for that call, to ask basic questions about a balance payment deal, not answered by the website. Finally got through to a nice guy on a bad line to the Philippines. After 23 mins told no I can’t do it over the phone, have to do it on the M&S Bank app I gave up on a long time ago. Too fiddly for a sick customer. Why not say so on the website? So often even the most basic tasks with M&S turn out to be a hassle. It’s mantra about ‘high call demand’ also galling - same excuse every day, every time of the day. Easily solved by investing in more staff rather managers’ bonuses and profits.
