Not the linen experts they claim to be!
A salesman comes to your hotel room, not even dressed particularly well, more like he's selling dodgy goods from the back of van (other tailors all wear a suit in their store!). The samples of linen he brings is shockingly poor. The tiniest little swatches of linen, and for so called linen experts their selection of linen colours and weights is tiny! Obviously no examples of prior made items as they wouldn't fit in the tiny little bag he brings for the tiny sample swatches. So there is no way to gauge the quality of anything being made. I had a pair of trousers I wanted them to copy, I gave clear instructions that I wanted it to be exactly the same and particularly an unstructured waist band. Needless to say they can not follow instructions and it was not exactly the same! The waist band was so rigid that to fold the trousers causes the waist band to buckle! There was stitching missing on the inside seems and the waist band fastening was different to the example I gave (should have been button fastening, but they did hook fastening). Delivered to my hotel room after 10pm at night the evening before I left Bangkok, so absolutely no way to have anything fixed, and no replies to my email when I said I was not happy. The one pair of trousers costs 4500Baht, it was just not worth it when they can not do what you ask them to do and the selection of fabrics is so small. I would not purchase from them again in the future!
