Spammers who hide caller id info and spam call Americans on the do not call list

Received a call from a number owned by Bandwidth Inc, they were trying to scam my elderly parents into giving them their credit card number. "Mike" called saying he was from "Windows". Why is this company allowing their lines to be used for scams? Disgusting.

this company facilitates scammers....they provide local area numbers to con you into answering the calls, really bad when you have medical issues and have to answer every unknown call. this lady tried to convince me that my number was left as a "next contact" by someone I do not know and kept asking questions. Really??? geez, get a real job like the rest of us.

Getting spammed by scammers using numbers from bandwidth.com. After a lot of effort expended, I think I have finally gotten a spam filter to deflect these calls before they waste another minute of my time.
I do not have time to play whack a mole and fill out a form per incident.
Note that I’ve gotten numerous calls that are specifically going after older people health coverage which is especially infuriating….and I am quite certain that the CMS regulations would frown on these organizations. Do better.

Bandwidth seems to supply over seas scammer with numbers. These scammer are targeting the elderly with life insurance scams and medicare scams. I reported about 12 numbers linked to them, they did remove some of the numbers, however they want me to fill out their long form for each phone call I get, some days as many as a dozen number linked to bandwidth. I dont have time to fill out a form for each number, In a recent email exchange I was told additional numbers I need to report via the website. The want profit overprotecting consumers from scams. This issue has been going on for months.

Bandwidth responds immediately to phone numbers being used by scammers based on their online abuse reports and then takes rapid action to disable numbers being used for fraud. I'm impressed with their responsiveness! Thank you for shutting down the scammers (especially based on India) who are attempting to use your services for PayPal, Norton, Geek Squad, etc., subscription refund scams. I wish all companies took criminal behavior as seriously as Bandwidth!

BEWARE OF SCAM. BANDWIDTH is the service behind the robocalls you hate and they now support clients who make live, fraudulent imposter calls. Others have reported this, and now it's happened to us. Posing as a representative of the US Justice system, attempting to lure us into believing a warrant was issued... These criminals are smart enough to know how to use BUCKETSHOPS like Bandwidth, but still can't get their shoes tied so to speak.

I received an today 12-22-22. It came as an email pdf attachment. On top of attachment pdf said Paypal and Amazon. IIt had a fake order ID number for ordering Norton 360 Deluxe, which I never ordered. I did double check my Amazon orders and my Paypal payments to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered. I also reverse looked up the phone number and it came back as a landline with bandwidth but it was listed as 530-535-8937 supposedly Norton's support number in order to cancel the subscription which I never ordered in the first place. I never called or responded to the email....So now I am going to see how to report this as a scam with any other agencies I can find to do such.

They are scammers and using is for scam . Take strict action against scammers.
Delores karida Hanif have many Twitter accounts and photo of her which she shared was same used in Twitter account…

A Scammer pretended to be from ICE and USCIS called me and threatened me to steal money and identify. This is AR-11 FORM SCAM.
The phone call was mainly from Bandwidth VOIP services. They sounded like Indians and called from +12028475394. He called me from multiple number and it looks like the numbers are from different VOIP services including bandwidth.com and textnow.com.

Another number is I guess - +1 720 440 5399.
Another number is +1 720 440 5399 and another one is +1 6697779187

BANDWIDTH - PLEASE PROVIDE VOIP SERVICES AFTER CHECKING BACKGROUND. OTHERWISE THIS COULD BE A THREAT TO ANY NATION.

BEWARE OF INDIAN SCAMMERS CALLING THROUGH VOIP TO USA RESIDENTS FOR IDENTITY THEFT AND MONEY THEFT. PLEASE HANGUP IF THEY SAY AS A FEDERAL OFFICER OR ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICERS.

I made a request to get an account, they sent a form response, then never responded to me again. Very unprofessional.

They provide infrastructure for spammers/robo callers. I've gotten dozens of robocalls from them, from dozens of numbers.
