Jeg har nu ventet en måned på min ordre, og har stadig ikke modtaget den... super dårlig levering! Samt dårlige kontaktmuligheder, da det bare er et auto-svar de sender, når man skriver til dem....

As stated in our website (https://bananasplitdk.com/policies/shipping-policy) our deliveries take 23-30 business days after your order has been shipped. You can always track your order on our website in the following link https://bananasplitdk.com/apps/parcelpanel. Please make sure you put in the order number instead of the tracking number when you’re entering the required information. As per our records, your order was shipped on the 23th of September and it’s now in transit. You can also check the tracking info on the PostNord website with your tracking number. (LT292008935NL), but please allow some time for the information to show in their website as it is not updated in real time.

You are right, our shipping policies are clearly stated on our website, and we are very emphatic on our customers reading them before placing their orders to avoid inconveniences. Of course, you are free to not place an order if you feel the delivery times are too long for you, we totally understand.
We send emails once you've placed your order, once it has been shipped and once it has been delivered. We offer you many alternatives to keep up with your tracking info. You can always check our Track Your Order section on our website, where it will tell you everything about your order, expected delivery date, location and tracking number. You can also check on the PostNord website with your tracking number and all the information will pop up. And the last resource we provide for you is our customer service that is available to answer any inquires about your order almost at any time of the day. You can get all the updates you want/need at any time if you contact us or use our other tracking tools.
