Do NOT buy from this site. Made my order 11/15 and now it’s 12/3 and I still can’t get this Ryan clown to give me a tracking number. They don’t respond to emails their customer service is garbage. KEEP AWAY
The company big Banana is totally a useless because his return process is very very slow returns should be within 5 to 7 days and its already been 15 days and no one has return my money back worst experience from the online stores. They keep your money for one month and making an interest...what to say about them totally worthless to buy from this..😡😡😡

I would give them -5 star if i could. That fact that Banana does not teach staff to push disclaimers for their beyond poorly refund policy is scam behaviour, the fact that there is no disclaimer in their store and on their website before completing purchasing is very concerning. (which you cannot even refund if bought brand new and just want to refund because you saw a better product or competitive price else where)
I spent 7,200 baht on Windows Pro 11 firmware still in its plastic casing and I can't even get refund/exchange for another product.... thats a bloody lot of money and frankly the worst way to conduct business! You're going to get what's coming to you for this type of practice.
You best believe im going to complain on every platform, complaint form and educate consumers before they buy from Banana. Shady business policies, just because your business model failed..
The sizing of clothing is completely incorrent by North American standards. I ordered two sizes larger than usual and none of them fit. Worse still when you compare one size to another, they are all the same. I ordered light down vests and I am stuck with them as it is impossible to find return information let alone get a refund. All the promises of easy dealings is incorrect. Despsite all the promises and on line presence it is impossible to actually return any items. I received my good although it did take sometime. Love the covers I got for 12 Pro and S10. It’s not a scam. Just that delivery is slow. You’re ordering covers not face masks that you need it urgently.
Terrible!!! Told 15-25 days for shipping. It has now been 60+ days and still no tracking number. Just some guy named Ryan telling me "Thanks for being patient" does not answer any of my questions, dodges every question by syaying, be patient and wait 10 more days. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and now he isnt replying. Total Scam
After not receiving my goods, I contacted them twice by e-Mail and heard nothing back. The third time I treathened them with bad reviews online and then received an apology and a shipping link... Go shop somewhere else!
Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! I never received my cover, but some ‘Ryan’ from customer service refused to give me my money back. Someone should look into closing this s*** show shop :-(
If I could give minus stars I would have don that. This company is pure scam. They take money for the shipping and thats ok, but NOT if you still havent receiced the item, and its over 8 week since you ordered it. On the company website there is an american address, and since they also charge for shipping, I thougt that they mayby will send the item from USA, but thats not the case. They sent it from China.
I have earlier experienced that I got parcels much faster with free shipping from Ebay and AliExpress.
I strongly recommend, that you don't buy from this company.
Pure SCAM! Products from AliExpress and they sell it for a lot of money.
They’d get negative stars if that was possible. I inquired before my order ever even left their facilities about canceling and of course was told “no”! It has been sitting waiting for pickup somewhere in China now for almost a month. Their customer service dept refuses to respond to emails and are of no help! Please do not order anything from this company!
Very bad experience. Took more than 6weeks and still not shipped my product. When inquired they accepted that the product is delayed several weeks, so I wanted to cancel my order but they don’t respond it’s so rude and bad customer treatment.
