Brilliant experience! Had seen similar used as an aid to help with keeping good push up form so thought for the price they were worth trying - quick google search lead me to banana bands. If I’m being totally honest it was the designs that swung it for me in choosing this particular band but pleased with the product - they came wrapped in their own little bag which is handy for keeping them stored neatly and the quality is great. I got a cute free scrunchy too which has already been put to good use!
