such a wonderful and safe trip. We had a great time on all the days. All our tour guides and bus drivers (Tiger, Victor, Eric) were highly professional and knowledgeable. Their time management and people skills were highly appreciable. The country was so beautiful. The hotel was also a very pleasant stay with no hindrances. The hotel staff were very kind and accomodating to our requests. The room and food in both the hotel and the cruise were splendid.
We would love to visit back to the beautiful Vietnam soon with the help of Bamboo Hat Tours.

We booked our family trip to Vietnam through Bamboo hat travels. The travellers included two very young girls (aged 4 yrs and 1 yr). Our's is a South Indian vegetarian family. We did not face any difficulties in our trip thanks to the impeccable planning and execution. Ms. Sophie who was our trip coordinator is friendly and approachable. Her plan of the itinerary was very thorough, thought out and mindful of the challenges with young kids in the family. Our itinerary included popular tourist destinations of Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang, Bana hills, Saigon and Mekong delta. Overall duration was for 10 days. All the hotels were cozy and well located in the city. The private tours and bus tours were comfortable. The tourist guides were well versed and could speak fluent English. Food was not a major problem as we were able to find vegan options in all the places. I highly recommend Bamboo hat travels and Ms. Sophie for anyone wishing to make this memorable trip to Vietnam.

Cambodia and Vietnam family trip from 23.03.25 to 01.04.25, was a beautiful trip with excellent arrangements, hotels, Excellent Guides and food. Whatever the amount I paid, they provided more facilities than I expected. During the entire tour, they were continuously in touch with me, I have been doing tours since 1984 onwards, and this is one of the best tours. In Danang, Lucy Guide was taken care for all members like my daughter.

This review is regarding my family trip to Vietnam, i was looking for a Vietnam trip for my family for 8 days but in Delhi, India, I was unable to find any good itinerary and if something I found the price of the trip was too high, then I found bamboo hat tours and had a word with Sophie over there, she understood my needs and she shared me 2 to 3 itinerary and the process was so smooth she even guided me from where we can do shopping what hotel is best for us where we have the shopping, What is the greatest hotel for us where we can enjoy Indian food?
