This is the second baby carrier I have bought from Bambino Baby & on both occasions I have received such friendly, helpful service. The guidance videos are absolutely brilliant ! As a grandmother living alone, I was worried that I would not be able to load my grandson into the carrier single handed, but the videos made it all seem really simple !!! Thank-you !

Roamy is the best and her shop is full of beautiful and useful things. You can tell that she genuinely cares and wants to help parents/caregivers and their babies. The baby carrier/sling is so much more than just a sling it enables me to get out and play with my eldest son whilst keeping my baby happy and close. It takes the stress out of school runs and days out as I know my baby can just sleep in the carrier and be content. It was also great that I could try before I buy for 2 weeks and found the ergo baby embrace really comfortable for my back. The Bambino baby shop is so welcoming, I felt comfortable to feed my baby and has a little room all set up with baby changing facilities. These little things make a big difference! Not only is Roamy a welcoming kind and friendly lady, she is the most informed sling consultant. Her advice for me regarding finding a sling that works for my health condition was incredibly thoughtful and being able to try them with the "fake baby" helped a ton! Even a year on I still use my sling. Her shop is bright, colourful and full of wonderful bits for little ones, I've bought so many beautiful things from her, bright onesies, colourful books, toys, ear defenders, sleep sacks, bath toys, swim stuff, bowls and cutlery... you name it she has it! I will always recommend her to anyone searching for baby things!

This is the most amazing shop for parents and family members alike. Romy is unbelievably helpful and helped us find the perfect carrier for our daughter with so much great support and advice. It’s well stocked and has some great bits for baby, plus there’s a feeding area and baby changing if you’re in town and need access to facilities
