Terrible company. Terrible human beings. STAY CLEAR!

This company and all of it's sister companies are shills for the owner to move money about. I feel very confident in saying that, having investigated through Companies House.

I paid over £10k for a garden room that I could relax in while going through chemotherapy. That was in 2024 and now in 2026 I have a half finished building made out of materials that, to be honest, you wouldn't throw on a bonfire.

Missed appointments, false promises, bare-faced lies, and horrible workmanship. Now there's no communication, been ghosted completely now.

Water is seeping in, vinyl already lifting off the floor (we were told we had been upgraded to get free underlay, which never happened, and when questioned Nicola tried to lie her way out of it).

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE OTHER FRONTS!

My son paid £2100 for a climbling frame from this company. They did not deliver in agreed time. Two months later and after multiple excuses they won't answer calls and refuse to communicate with him. He is now seeking legal advice

Appalling service. Once they took my money, communication completely stopped.

I ordered a climbing frame from Ballycastle Climbing Frames and paid a large deposit of £1,050. After taking my money, they completely ignored my calls and messages. I was forced to wait at home on three separate scheduled dates, and they simply failed to show up every single time. No one called to explain or apologise.

When I requested my money back, they refused to return my £1,050 deposit, and I was completely denied a call from a manager to resolve the matter.

Furthermore, the business explicitly instructed me to pay via PayPal using the "Friends and Family" option, which removes standard consumer Buyer Protection when they breach an agreement. I have formally reported this company to Consumerline NI, Trading Standards, and PayPal's compliance team.

Avoid this company at all costs. They take large deposits, ignore you, and do not show up.

An awful experience with Ballycastle climbing frames/bespoke garden rooms ballycastle. Can I please ask anyone with any experience of these companies to get in touch I will not be conned out of my hard earned money nor will I sit back and let this happen to anyone else.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of using this company. I paid £5k for a jungle gym and only a small part was installed — no groundwork, no swings, no slides, and they left debris, nails and ladders lying around the garden, which was dangerous for the kids.
Calls went unanswered, messages never returned, and after days of excuses on Facebook Messenger from Nicola, I was told it would all be sorted this week. Nobody showed up and now no replies at all.

Climbing frame was not installed securely and when asked to relocate the climbing frame (which they claim they do) they did not reply to emails or phone calls (3 emails and over 10 calls).

I got someone else to relocate it and they explained I wasn't the first customer of theirs who used Ballycastle Climbing Frames before.

I do not recommend them, poor customer service and poor product.

Terrible install. Frame came apart from the anchors after 1 day. Took 8 weeks for them to fix, only to be issues straight away.

We had been on the hunt for a unique shed to fit into a tricky corner of our garden, and after trying several manufacturers, we struck gold with Ballycastle. They took on the challenge of our awkward, trapezium-shaped shed and delivered beyond our expectations.

Not only did they agree to build our bespoke shed, but they also did it to our tight deadline. The shed was delivered and installed promptly by a highly professional team of installers.

Today, we're absolutely delighted with our shed, and it's all thanks to Ballycastle Climbing Frames. Five stars, well deserved!
