Nice items but in this occasion the service let it down slightly.

Poor service, faulty item, resolved in the end
Contacted them as a personalised balloon arrived partially deflated. Spent just under £40 with them, contacted them as soon as it arrived to notify them, end of may - no resolve as yet. They arranged a collection for the faulty balloon at the beginning of June and heard nothing since. Such a shame as if issue had of been resolved/ partially refunded It would of solved everything. Seems they have chosen to ignore it - instead of resolving. I will not be reordering from them and would recommend the trying another company.
UPDATE
Order was collected from me but not fully tracked properly by the driver, who used a tracking ticket. The driver went to the lodge address down the road first, then came to us after as he recognised the name. We have the DPD tracking ticket from the driver.
UPDATE:
Even after sending them the ticket given to me by the DPD driver they are still claiming they have never received it, that DPD never collected it. They also advised me I need to chase up the collection that they arranged to locate the order -
UPDATE
Occasion station have acknowledged that this was a fault by DPD and was returned but appear the driver did not log the return correctly. My debit card company refunded the transaction after providing them with a DPD ticket, photo of the item etc.
It has been resolved finally. I feel this could of been handled slightly better by the company. The items they sell are beautiful and arrived promptly, what let it down was the nature in the way the fault was dealt with.

I was sorry to read of the problem you have experience, I am genuinely sorry to see the way you have been left feeling after this certainly isn’t how I would want any of our customers left feeling. I am keen to do all I can to set this situation right.
Upon Investigation we requested that we pay for shipping and would have Dpd Collect the item From you, This way we Could take a look at the balloon and asses any problem, if the item was damaged or unfit for purpose we sure will refund as soon as we receive the item, this is always done within 14 days for sure.
We can see that you have not returned the item back to us.
On 02 Jun 2021 You were emailed about the collection, and responded to us via email, You were notified the driver would have the label for collection and to attach this to the box.
03 Jun 2021 You were notified by email that Your DPD Local driver will collect your parcel today between 11:38 and 12:38
03 Jun 2021 11:38. When our driver arrived we were advised there was nothing to collect. GPS does ping to the location and Image For tracking.
We Can See we received a email Yesterday evening from you but we can only respond during working hours, since attempted collection we have not had any other emails from you.
Update ****
We Have checked and checked again the address was correct for collection and the exact address provided to us was given to dpd. we have evidence of this also that the collecting driver had the correct address that was provided by you.
The Screen shoot provided to us by you is the email that the driver was due to collect between 11.38 and 12.38. If collected then you should have a separate Email saying the item was collected. The ticket do not correspond with the collection or tracking at all and dpd has advised us over the telephone there is not related to the collection.
The Dpd Tracking does show nothing to collect as evidence and gps at the address and nothing has been returned to us via the collection we made, if you believe you have a different tracking, please update us with the tracking details.
Dpd are now investigating this for you, and if the items been collected and not returned to us, we will issue a claim with dpd for loss of the item.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, and we will sure be in touch with you this morning via email to resolve this with you.

Update***
After much communication with the delivery company we have put a claim in for a lost item on collection with dpd. We can see you have been refunded in full including delivery and we will take this further with the delivery company so that this does no longer inconvenience you.

The balloon I ordered was amazing and I loved it. The website was easy to follow and the balloon arrived on time as expected. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from here again!

The ballon I ordered was lovely and personalised just as requested and it came nicely pack.
My mother-in-law love it and she text me twice to say the ballon was still standing and keeping her company 😂 (it lasted 2 weeks).

Excellent service,great quality image
My order was catered to perfectly,I had to request a change in date as I was worried my balloon would deflate and the customer service team dealt with this straight away.
I was kept up to date when my order was dispatched and the end result and image on the balloon was of a very high quality and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely use your service again when required.

Great service, delivery was perfect and the balloons were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They were for a bride to be and they even put lots of little white balloons in the bottom of the box and tied a netted ribbon to the balloons which was such a lovely, thoughtful touch 🥰
