Product feels and looks awesome.
Helmet and rig looks and feels great. It’s too bad the helmet was just too small for me and was over snug. I have a big head so it’s no fault to the company. They sent me a return label and paid for shipping and willing to refund the cost. Thanks for getting back to me and trying to figure something out

Great experience. I don’t know why though, when I purchased it, it gave me a fraud alert. Or I had to confirm it with my bank. I don’t know if that’s on my banks side or your side. Super great in everything else

Joseph, as stated on our website helmets often ship within 2-4 weeks. We do our best to update time frames as often and accurately as possible. I see that yours was received in under 2. We hope you are enjoying it!

I have ordered a helmet from these guys in January of 23. Here we are in June/ July of 24 still waiting. I have emailed multiple times. Called multiple times. Had promises of a helmet or refund. Nope nothing. Travis in customer service is a nice guy. But still no helmet. Absolutely ridiculous.

Overall Good Experience
It took about a month and half; and multiple emails to finally receive my item. Due to the long delay, I was offered a free Multicam cover. However, they forgot to deliver that so I had to email them to ask about it. It took about 3 weeks for the cover to arrive.
The value of the item and customer service made up for the long wait and so I would give them 4 out of 5 star.

You sent a vest when I wasn't even home. I'm not super impressed...your boss talked to me and the order still went like crap. $800 crap. It will work but I'm pretty convinced your just a mail order outfit that doesn't even see the product with their own eyes. Stop trying to act like you make the armor...you literally take an order and some other company sends an order to your house. I wanted to order a helmet but after the vest experience I think I'm good. You don't inspire confidence.
