Very well made vest and comfortable, however the shipping could have been faster 1 week is too long.

Velcro kit came in missing almost half the pieces the picture shows on the website. Emailed and haven’t heard back. Great job!

I hate giving money to the Chins, but it is a decent helmet. And half the cost of the American equiv. Fits good and my Rino mount snaps in rock solid to the shroud. ARC mounts and bungee retainers seem solid, and Youtube shows people proving out the 3a protection on these. Sorry USA you built the international consumer economy. We have to live in it.

Ordered the wrong color for a fanny pack called them and they immediately changed it to the correct color no issues

Helmet is amazing! All other are also great quality would highly recommend. Love using it in the field and range when on mission!

I bought a helmet from them and it was great!

I'm sure the products are great, but I wouldn't know since the customer support team (Travis) made it absolutely impossible for me to place an order for a friend of mine.
He tried to place an order but it bounced, presumably cause he's not state side. Which I guess means that they don't want to make international sales, pretty strange off the bat.
I then tried to place an order and have it shipped to a different address than my billing address, which subsequeantly bounced not once, but twice.
I was told by Travis that my order got flagged for fraud cause shipping and billing address was not the same. In what world that would be an issue, I don't know.

On every website I've ever ordered from there's a box to tick if your billing address is the same or not, and the same goes for this one, so what's the issue?
Payment went through, but Travis is still claiming they can't risk losing $1k of merch. How are you losing anything when payment has cleared?

At this point, instead of contacting me and trying to straighten it out, Travis sends me a stroppy email stating that any order I try to place will get cancelled.
On top of that, they drag their feet refunding the payments.

All in all, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. And a very strange way of doing business.
I guess they don't need/want the sale.
I would stay clear of this business, just based on their customer service (Travis) alone.

The order took longer than initially expected. I emailed and called about the concern. Travis was great to deal with, he reassured me the order would be fulfilled once the helmet was received by them. I just got it today...well worth the wait for the Gen I Ballistic Helmet IIIA.

Took a very long time to Even ship. When emailed it took a long time to respond. Thought all product were made in the usa which drew me to this company and turned out to be false. Wanted a refund but was talk mu order shipped when i first reached out but had a shipping label made the day prior before being told this .overall lost all trust in the company and has shadey business practices

Overall, good experience. I paid for 2 day shipping, but after a week did not even have a tracking number. I called the company and they let me know the acetac Gear was behind. They refunded me the price of the shipping because of the delay, were helpful and friendly when responding to me, and the order came fairly quickly after our correspondence, exactly how I had ordered it.
A good company is responsive to its customers, and has helpful customer service when something goes wrong, just like this company was

This product is expensive. However its built better than say the 5.11 product. Love that you can order all the same color of plate carrier and side plates carriers unlike 5.11 brand. My only criticism is the side plate carriers should arrive at the same time as the main plate carrier.

Bought it at a great price. Got here in less than a week. Out-F#$#n-standing job. Y'all should be proud to deliver such high level service.
