Hey, I'm Lizzie, the founder of Balance by Lizzie, and I coach women over 30 who are sick of being told to eat less and do more cardio. I'm a female-only coach and I walk alongside my clients, never above them. My job is to teach you, not hand you a meal plan you'll outgrow in three weeks. Nothing is off limits with me. No food groups get cut, no 1200 calorie diets, no quick fixes that fall apart the second real life happens. What we focus on is the stuff women have been missing for decades. Proper protein, smart strength training, fuelling your body, building muscle, and looking after your future self so you don't end up battling brittle bones, low energy and a metabolism that's checked out. I work with busy mums, professionals and women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want to feel strong, lean and confident in their own skin. My clients lose 10 to 20 pounds in three to six months, build real muscle, and finally understand why their body is doing what it's doing. This is education over rules, empathy over pressure, and results that actually stick.
