Was a bit cautious at first but the guy I spoke to was very friendly and offered me a better deal than what I was originally going for. The running teams were quiet but straight to the point so no harm there. Will most likely purchase something again.

Everything was done in few hours.
I received loot that almost filled up all my character slots with HC gear, some warforged.

Reliable and competent service
I've been using Balalaikaboost's service for some time now. They are very reliable and always deliver what they promise. Given this may be because I am a regular customer - but they also have bent over backwards to give me custom package deals for just the stuff I wanted.
I would highly recommend using them.
