There are not enough words to say how good our experience was. I would recommend Heather and the baking fairy to anyone!

From the very beginning, Heather was super helpful whilst we were deciding what wedding cake we would like. She suggested different flavours different options that we had in terms of tier and cupcake options.
We ordered some tasters which we had with Heather and Mark they were both so lovely and made us feel so welcome in their home and we managed to discuss all things wedding.Heather even checked in with us throughout the process to make sure everything was still on track.
When it came to the wedding day we were so in awe at how perfect the cake was. It was exactly how I expected it to look and the cupcakes matched the theme we’d mentioned whilst still being slightly different to show the 4 flavours we ordered. The cupcakes we ordered alongside went down a treat and all our guests complimented how nice they were.

I would recommend the cherry Bakewell flavour to everyone - it is so delicious!

I’m looking forward to have a reason to order another cake (or cupcakes) again because I know it will be Heather I come to.

We asked Heather to bake our wedding cake. From the very first email she was outrageously helpful and flexible, particularly with respect to my wife who is gluten intolerant and probably undiagnosed coeliac (in Heather's words, she does a deep clean but can't guarantee there won't be traces - we haven't had an adverse reactions so big tick there for any gluten intolerants).

We went for a lemon cake with raspberry jam and white chocolate semi-naked buttercream. It was incredible! So many of the guests couldn't believe how great it tasted, which is no mean feat for a gluten free cake and we will definitely be booking cakes for other special occasions from her in the future.

We chose Heather to design and make our wedding cake, which began with cake tasting. We enjoyed the whole experience, getting to try all the different flavours until we found the right one for us. The wedding cake colour, design, and taste were even better than we'd pictured, made specially with blue roses, a marble effect, and our initials as requested. We would definitely recommend Heather for cakes and would come again.

I booked the baking fairy for my wedding cake after falling in love with her cakes at a wedding fayre I attended. I chose that cake I saw at the wedding fayre to be the one on my wedding day.

From the moment of booking everything was truly amazing ! Communication was fabulous, extremely professional.

All of her flavours are so tasty which made it even more difficult choosing our cake flavours . In the end we went for red velvet , vanilla with raspberry jam and lemon . The cake looked fantastic ! The cake tasted amazing !!

The flowers on the cake also matched my wedding flowers which she kindly liaised with my florist about. Everything was amazing.

Heather is fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone to use her whether it’s wedding cake/ birthday cake / cake to have her make it !

From the first communication to our wedding day. Heather (Baking Fairy) has been absolutely amazing. We spoke about our ideal wedding cake/cupcakes, which she was all for. To decide the flavours for our cake/cupcakes, we tried quite a few different cake flavour which were all delicious. On our wedding day, the overall cake/cupcake designs & flavours were amazing/delicious. All of our guests loved them!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding cake! From the very first tasting to the final presentation on our big day, Heather truly exceeded all of our expectations. She was so understanding and accommodating of our dietary requirements, which made the whole process feel so much easier and stress-free.

We found the Baking Fairy through a wedding fair and booked in for a tasting session. We were blown away - the flavours were heavenly. We booked in to make our cake and she was great through the entire process - good communication, friendly and really helpful with suggestions and with our guests extra dietary requirements. The cake came out looking stunning, honestly amazing. I am still getting compliments on the look and taste! We managed to grab a few pieces to save and I can't wait to eat them! We found the baking fairy at a local wedding fair. As you can imagine we had sampled our fair share of cakes from numerous different suppliers which were all lovely however we we stopped in our tracks with the baking fairy 🧚‍♀️.
Not only were her samples the best we had tried that day, her designs were stunning and flawless. Her stand was professional and informative. Whilst Heather was busy with other potential customers her husband helped answer any questions that we had about flavours, ingredients, designs, set up on the day and so on. He was very informative.
I had a look at reviews and social media when home and we decided the baking fairy was the caker maker we wanted.
Ordering was very simple i already had an idea of the design we wanted and flavours were chosen.
I then made a slight change to the design which was dealt with ease via email and I didn't have to really have much contact Heather had everything sorted her end. She delivered our cake the morning of the wedding and added our personal topper i had made and flowers the florist had left.
Our cake looked and tasted absolutely stunning!
Everyone commented how beautiful it looked and delicious it tasted.
Usually cakes at weddings people forget and so much is left at the end of the night, but not a crumb was left of ours and people took seconds.
We had a 2 tier cake chocolate orange top tier and raspberry and white chocolate at the bottom and had 90 people and it served them all plentiful.

Can’t recommend enough! Just had my wedding cake made by the baking fairy and it was everything I wanted it to be and more . Had all my guests compliment how my cake not only looked fantastic but tasted amazing too .

Heather is absolutely amazing!! Her knowledge and experience is incredible! I had a day with my mother in law in one of Heather’s classes! We learned so much and had a lot of fun!!!
I totally recommend her class and we will definitely be back for another one.

Attended a number of decorating classes with Heather. She is excellent. Endless patience and always willing to help with any question even if it’s not the topic of the class. Also helps on messages! Small classes mean each person gets assistance needed and does not matter what your skill level is. Always very encouraging and enthusiastic and I’ve created a number of things I never thought possible. Helped me with ideas and techniques for decorating at home. Cannot recommend highly enough

From my initial message to Heather to picking up the finished cake was a very professional service. I sent Heather a message outlining what I would like my cake to look like with a picture. I was totally blown away with the finished result, it was so beautiful and it exceeded all my expectations. Now I have found The Baking Fairy I won’t be using anyone else. If you want a perfect cake then ask The Baking Fairy for help. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Heather and Mark are always fab. We ordered some gender reveal cupcakes in a neutral design and babies gender colour in the middle. They tasted amazing and looked just how I imagined.

We have also had brownies etc from them when we have seen them at markets they also taste so good!

I would rate this 10 stars if I could. Heather made our steampunk themed wedding cake and grooms cake. All tiers were absolutely delicious. She's a lovely person and her attention to detail is second to none. We won't use anyone else for our family celebration cakes. We ordered a cake before the wedding and we have our next order in already. We definitely highly recommend her. If you choose the baking fairy for your celebration, you can't go wrong. All our guests loved the cake and there was more than enough to go around, we even brought some with us to Munich on our honeymoon!
