Omar was super professional from the outset and booked the trip as per our requirements and used his vast experience to guide us through the process. He provided helpful tips which made it easy for us to complete our Ummrah. This was the third time my family was booking through Omar Raza but it was my first trip. Omar took the time to guide us through the process, provided detailed information in relation to the transfers from airports as well as the the Ziyarats. The transport company responsible for our travel in Saudi Arabia was great. The hotels were amazing and very convenient. I was looking to do Umrah and couldn’t find a good deal around for 2 people for a short stay. Agent Habib (0203-745-5585) went above and beyond by tailoring a package that was according to our needs.
Once we reached Makkah we realised that the hotel we were staying in was better than we expected. Alhumdulillah our experience was brilliant and it got even better upon reaching Madinah.
I have recommended this agent to family/friends and inshaAllah will be using them in future.

Amir has very good customer service, he was able to do myself and my husbands umrah package with a very good Saudi airline and a five star hotel for a decent price. Anytime I call him, he will answer or give me a return call straight away
