I purchased a Cloud Comforter from this company and received a product with completely different labels from those shown on their website, which made me seriously question its authenticity.
When I requested a full refund under their advertised 30-night guarantee, they refused because the product had been opened. The frustrating part is that Katie from customer service specifically asked me to open the product and take additional photos after saying the photographic evidence in my first email wasn't sufficient. They then used the fact that it had been opened as the reason to deny my refund.
I find their practices extremely misleading, dishonest and they sell counterfeit product they refuse to take responsibility for.
My order never arrived, so I requested a refund on PayPal as I thought they were a scam. They assured me they weren’t and that my order got mixed up in the warehouse. They said they’ll refund me and still send my order ASAP as an apology for the delay and mix up. I never received my doona. They are full of promises but be careful as you might be scammed and never actually receive your order. They provide you with fake tracking numbers that are tracked on their own website.
I received my Cloudsoft Comforter King size in the light grey. When I unwrapped it from its packaging and felt it my senses tingled, it was so soft and a beautiful material. I put it on my bed and that night I slept like a dream. It is the most comfortable and soft covering I have ever had and it is awesome. I highly recommend getting one.
