We chose our blinds .Fitter was here within 10 days .And fitted They are lovely .This is the 3 rd time we have used Baileys in last20 yrs .Always excellent . Thank you

A lovely blind and excellent service from Baileys. I have used Baileys in the past and nothing has changed - they are still as good as ever.

There was a small technical error with our new shutters when the Baileys Blinds technicians installed them. The technicians were very professional and explained everything clearly, no excuses, and this put our minds at rest. The Baileys Blinds office team made the necessary arrangements to resolve the issue by ordering new replacement parts. Daniel the installation technician who returned to replace the parts is incredibly knowledgeable and his aftercare customer service skills is first class, worthy of 5 stars alone. We are very pleased with the goods and services provided by Baileys Blinds.

The gentleman who came to measure for our shutter blinds was pleasant, professional & very knowledgeable. He explained the process to me, including the timeline from ordering to fitting. This was important, as we had other building work going on in our house.
The staff I dealt with on the phone were also very courteous & helpful.
The fitter (Dan) did a lovely job. He was pleasant & a very tidy worker. He also answered my question about the best way to care for our new shutter blinds, which was very helpful. Dan took all of the leftover packaging away to dispose of too.
So far, we are delighted with our new blinds & the service we have received. Thank you.

Great customer service, the estimator and fitter both phoned ahead to confirm and arrived on time. New vertical blinds with the wand control and no chains are far better and much cleaner looking than the old ones they replaced.

As a past customer I have no hesitation in recommending Baileys Blinds.

Great experience so far with Baileys, Hugo in customer service always replied promptly with helpful delivery updates. Daniel installed shutters today - he was quick, tidy and gave great advice, we love the shutters glad we purchased for all rooms.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Both would highly recommend Baileys Blinds. Both David and Dan very helpful.

Fitter arrived on time, fitted the blind in record
time and explained carefully how the fitting operated

Paid in full after measurements taken and after two weeks the man fitted blinds. After leaving I realised the way the strings where for opening and closing i couldn’t actually reach because of where window is positioned up staircase. Asked if he would change it and was told to contact office.
Office said they all have to be fitted to the left but that should have been explained to me after the measurements were taken. I was then told if I wanted strings on other side I could purchase another blind! I’m now left with a blind constantly open!
The fitter left all rubbish and empty boxes on staircase and mess where he had drilled in dining room. Also loose screws on floor.
Won’t use Baileys again!

It was easy to set up an appointment for someone to call, provide sample blinds and measure up. My preferred appointment date and time were met. Measurements were taken efficiently. All my questions were answered clearly and other relevant information was provided that I had not thought to ask about. My initial appointment was on Friday 26th April and my blinds were installed on Thursday 2nd May. Brilliant superfast service. The installation was super efficient and tidy. I was asked to check each of the nine blinds that had been installed to confirm I was happy with them. I was more than happy, I was delighted. The blackout blinds for south-east facing bedrooms are a great success, no more being awakened by brilliant sunshine at increasingly early hours as we progress from spring into summer.
I could not have asked for a better service.
