New kitchen roller
Arrived on time to measure,very pleasant and friendly also give some.good advice on the style of blind for the room in question,I wasn't ready for installation for quite a.few weeks due to decorating etc but that was no problem I just had to give them a call to arrange install

A good job, well done!
From start to finish, the service we received from Baileys Blinds was excellent. Dave, who came to measure up, was very professional and gave extremely good advice, so that we could make the right choice. The blind was ready sooner than expected and the fitter was polite and completed the job efficiently. We were very pleased with the outcome and thoroughly recommend Baileys Blinds.

Complete waste of time. …
Travelled miles to visit the Ashington store and couldn’t find it. Turns out all stores apart from Spennymoor closed. Website and web in general not updated. Very poor.

Poor Quality and Aftersales
We got our curtains and blinds done by Baileys Blinds, 2 years ago. We have had 3 different issues and had to call them out to look at the cost of £80 a time. The last one I said it’s broken with nothing to do with us, to which they came and said it was broken to charge us 80 pound. They said a replacement would be 350 and other companies will do it for about 130. Not happy with the quality of the products or the after sales service.

Great firm to deal with
Quickly arranged a survey for a damaged blind. Made the damaged one secure which was a relief. Arrived on time to fit new blind, which was done very quickly and professionally.

Shop Local with a name to be trusted
Initial visit of sales advisor/expert went well with all measurements taken and any questions answered to our satisfaction.
Fitting of blinds, curtain rails and curtains carried out quickly and efficiently. We are to date very happy with our downstairs day/night blinds and living room curtains. In time we will probably come back to Baileys’ for upstairs blinds- it is good to shop local.

Wait for delivery was a little longer than we hoped but now our shutters are fitted it was well worth it. The fitter was fantastic clean job and such a nice helpful chap will recomend Baileys to everyone we know.
