I kept wondering how in the world the shipping was so fast then I found out they were based in Jacksonville! Well anyways, this product is amazing. I got a quote for raking the sweet gum balls in my yard and it was about the same price as this. This product does best if the sweet gum balls are not old and pushed down into the ground. It will pick up dog poop but it does not stick or make a mess. I had bought cheaper devices like the ones you roll that are on a stick. They pick the balls up but also fling them back out. I tried using a blower but my blower wasn't strong enough to do much and it didn't help if the balls were stuck in the ground. This harvester gets through the process quick. I have about an acre and I will be working on the yard for about a week. We have never had the balls removed and we have a ton of these trees so the balls are everywhere. They hurt our feet and our dogs' paws and I'm looking forward to walking through our yard again. I'm very grateful that this device has been invented and it is worth the money to see my dogs run in the yard again without me feeling guilt.

Excellent customer service! We needed to replace our basket on our gumball retriever due to a fire, I emailed on Saturday, got a quick response and ordered on Monday. I received it today (Wednesday). My husband uses this almost daily in our yard because we have so many gumballs. 🤣 If you are on the fence about purchasing it, do it!

Not very happy. The long prongs keep coming up and sticking straight up. You have to keep pushing them back down and is a pain. If they would stay down it would be awesome.

We have 2 Sweet Gumball Trees in our yard. This was a life saver. Seems like it was overpriced for the materials it is made from, but it works. And I am very happy with it

This thing is the real deal! My husband fussed at me for ordering this because of the cost, but once he saw how well it works he apologized. This thing saves a TON of time cleaning up sweet gums. Well worth the investment!

My son and daughter-in-law have a gum ball tree next door with large branches looming over their backyard. As a result, their small yard is peppered with gumballs on a constant basis.

Recently, the elderly wife of one of my coworkers turned her ankle on a gumball from one of that coworkers' own trees. She dislocated her shoulder all alone on a cold wet day. It was a miracle she was able to get herself up. So I started thinking about the possible danger of turning your ankle on a gumball and decided to look for an easier solution for my son and daughter-in-law to deal with more easily picking up the ones in their yard.

Bag a Nut looks stabber is the right size for my kids' yard and hopefully it will make the gumball picking up chore a little more "fun" and will make the yard more enjoyable. I was able to put it together easily before passing it on to the kids, and it was not difficult to follow the instructions. The package arrived in good condition and shipping time was very reasonable.

Ordered my 36" pull behind sweetgum ball collector and it was delivered to my door a couple of days later exactly as described. Works as advertised and was easy to assemble.

I used the device. It is very well designed and excellent workmanship. One issue concerns the design. Your competition makes models that APPEAR to handle different, i.e. smaller diameter nuts. I am talking walnuts. so the device I bought is for the smallest sized nuts. If I had collected them in the fall, the shells were still on the nuts and your device would handle them. I did not get the nuts collected in the fall which is one of the reasons I bought bag-a-nut. So now I have several thousand nuts whose diameter is too small for your device to pick up. What do I do now? Do you have a solution?

A simple but effective tool for getting rid of those annoying sweetgum balls.

I really like the product. It worked as expected. The only improvement I can think of is to have a better way to attach it to the lawnmower. It's a little awkward.

This is a great product and saves me a lot of time. Im happy with my purchase. This certainly beats raking all day. The only improvement I would like to see is the way the basket sits. The basket sits on an open hook and unfortunately With motion while walking and sometimes uneven ground the basket slips off the hook. Perhaps update hook bracket to have a closing hinge to lock the basket in place? I'm happy with the purchase and do not have any regrets. Thank you,

Works great at picking up sweet gum balls. We have 16 sweet gum trees in our backyard. It would have taken several days to rake them up. Only took about 3 hours with no back pain!

Could use more weight. Especially when using on a thicker grass. Otherwise, very good product.

Tried it out and it works great!!! It is going to make doing my yard MUCH MUCH easier.

The bag a nut works fine out in the open yard but when you want to pick up in an area that has straw, it continues to get clogged up with the straw and starts dragging until you unclogged it. Spent a lot of time unclogging the machine. It still beat picking up by hand.

I don't have any trees in my yard but two of my neighbors have sweet gum ball trees which of course end up in my yard. I purchased the 18" sweet gum ball harvester and I am not sorry. It was an investment but the time spent getting them up was unbelievably quicker than raking and or blowing them. Love the basket which is easy to empty. Thanks for making an awesome product!
