Fantastic! I have sent many bags to Bag Spa and find their professionalism and work second to none! All bags have been returned back to me in tip top condition! Also Zoe, Amy and Divya and all the team nothing but helpful! Thank you and will be in touch again soon.

Rip off prices. Almost £300 for a zip repair. Avoid!

I contacted bag spa to assist with a new YSL bag which I had purchased which had indents on to see if these could be removed. They offered a colour restoration for £389 - £489. When I told them it didn't need this as brand new they basically said they couldn't help and couldn't get the indents out yet they were willing to take the bag and charge me this ridiculous amount of money to colour restore and clean the bag/handle etc.

What a complete rip off and glad I never sent this bag to them in the first bag

I was disappointed with the service. I had the impression prices were made up on the spot rather than a breakdown of the work and justification of costs when it comes to repairs. They could use an extensive pricing list. I also dropped off a bag to be cleaned at an extortionate cost and unfortunately it looks the same as when I dropped it off. As you pay upfront there is no space to complain or refund. Wouldn’t use them again.

I've had a great experience with this company, fast communication and super fast service to get my bag back for a specific date. Really pleased and would use again.

Stole my Chanel bag she’s running a scam she knows dpd can’t give out information when you exercise your right by calling action fraud etc she then gets nasty and unprofessional she knows in court she won’t pay out so trading standards will now be looking into her shop. I won’t leave this she owes me over £4500 and I have every bit of evidence to back up my claim I won’t drop this.

Don’t speak English and don’t bother returning stuff but happy to take the money very very very unprofessional

Not happy with the service provided by Bag Spa. Firstly they returned my Fendi bag in a worse condition than what it had been sent to them, furthermore it was also missing the Fendi dust-bag I had couriered the bag to them in. I've emailed several times to raise this with Bag Spa and to date they haven't answered their phone line or responded to my emails. I wouldn't recommend this company at this point in time.

Don’t do it!! My beautiful Mulberry is ruined and it was not returned by the agreed date for my daughters wedding!!!

I was initially concerned after sending my boots in and seeing negative reviews, however, they’ve come back in beautiful condition! The elastic has been replaced and widened per my request, and they even added a piece of leather at the top of the thin suede boot material above the knee to give it some strength which is a great touch. Very very happy with my boots, thank you Shoe Spa!

I sent my Dior fabric saddle bag here, when i received it back they had completely ruined the shape of the bag. It also had a rough texture to it and smells horrible. When i contacted them to complain they said it was already in that condition, I am waiting for a solution if not I am going to have to take further action.

I have used Bag Spa several times for shoe and handbag repair. Recently, I sent in an Etro handbag. The closing mechanism had separated from the fabric. The Bag Spa did an excellent job repairing the bag. It looks like new. It is not a speedy process but I have found the customer service to be very good. The team is very responsive.

I sent my Gucci bag only to be told they didn’t receive it even though it was sent via tracking. I’m disgusted and would tell people avoid I believe it’s a site which steals bag then claim it was lost.

I have a blue Dior canvas bag , the handles are leather with a leather trip around the bag
I sent my bag to them cost 260.00
I was extremely pleased when I received back , I keep my bags in cloths in my closets
I did not use the bag as it was winter for many months , I have used in total 12 times , when I noticed the handles look worn again, the company have been very dismissive, said as it’s a year , they won’t repair , I think to spend 260.00 to have handles restored is very expensive for 12 wears !
I would never recommend them very upset
They don’t care , just said they could not help me !!
