AWFUL return policy for International customers and terrible service
AWFUL return policy for International customers. Like why is it SO easy for me to order from other AUS companies and process a return where they generate a return label? I wanted to return 3 of the items out of my $1,200 USD Order and and was going to be charged over $300 to ship it back to Australia. Like... If you care about your customers you would make it easier for them to shop with you like EVERY other international retailer. Also their customer service is so slow and lacking... really too bad, like their product, would have been a great loyal customer.
