Bought two Ella tracksuits which i loved on arrival! I only have 1 complaint.
Please dont advertise 3 day shipping and im waiting well over a week for it to arrive.
Inconsistent information on website and in barrage of emails.

I ordered again on Monday after battling to get the website to work! Royal mail is still “expecting it” which is terrible. My advice as a small business owner is to always be transparent… pay attention to your reviews as that it what will make or break your business. Clearly refunds and quality are a problem… why is that not a focus?

I really want to support this business but this delivery situation and the inconsistency in information and pricing & the amount of emails they send along with the amount of refund complaints is leaving a very sour taste

I will never buy from this business again; the parcel arrived 2 weeks late. I have sent the item back unopened, and they will not refund the money as they said the packaging has been opened even though I sent images of the unopened parcel. Not only have they got my money, they have my outfit as well. Poor customer service

I LOVE this sweatsuit! When I wore it, I got so many compliments. It made my body look so snatched. I lost a lot of weight due to my stomach issues, so this really boosting my confidence. I am now a part of the bad society club forever!

Avoid this small shttt business. They are unprofessional, took long to refund and then didn't refund the full amount after i paid to cover my return fees.
Quality and sizing is terrible and cheap.

Love this brand, I have been order from them for a couple years. They are such good quality and fit you very comfy, I am 5'7 / 160IBS and I order a Large bottom and Medium top for the Season 2 sweatsuits! Def wash on gentle but they are soo cute! Will def be ordering again soon. Super fast delivery and any messages sent to the instagram account are answered so quickly. Love, love, love :)

For starters I LOVE MY SETTT ! But Also the shipping process was smooth and quick. I don’t think it took more than 5 days to get my package. Just in time for Dreamville Fest! Definitely buying more sets ASAP !!

Don’t give you a refund or updates when your order is 2 weeks late instead they offer you your wrong size and ignore you for another 2 weeks when asking for a refund. Scam

My brother ordered me a tracksuit two piece , with the ruched bum effect.

There are holes in it already and I’ve worn it once.

Not to mention he also had to wait 5 weeks because when he ordered they had sold out.

All the reviews on ig and their website may be real but they are definitely making sure to hide or delete all the negative reviews they receive. I placed my order of the grey jogger set 2/21/24 and they only sent the pants stating the grey hoodie was out of stock in Small, they asked if I wanted an XS or M, I declined because I was told on 3/18 they would receive their new shipment. Well, 3/18 came and went and still no tracking number or anything so I reached out 3/20 for a status update. I was then told their shipment was running late and as soon as they receive it my order will be shipped out (mind you they STILL have smalls listed on their site as available to this day, I just checked this morning). Today I received an email from them saying they oversold their smalls and only have XS and M available. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I instantly called my bank, first off I don’t play these kind of games with companies when it comes down to me spending my money, their clothes are very cute but they’re not that cute for them to be scamming people. It’s a bad look on their end. I told my bank I wanted a FULL REFUND because no one told them to send me a partial order to begin with and sending it back is also a no go because that means I would have to spend additional money to do that since they don’t provide return labels. I will never shop with them again and I plan on blocking them on ig because I have no desire to see them popping up on my timeline, I also will be informing anyone I come across whom may be thinking about shopping with them. I am so disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism I wish I would have done more research before placing my order but it’s ok, lesson learned.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I returned an item and was robbed of a refund and the item. They told me i returned it with a stain on it and sent a random picture that wasn't even the full picture of the item I returned so it could have been anything and also the item had not been worn so no idea where the stain came from and they refused to refund me. When I asked for them to send the supposed item back they told me the discarded the item so now i am left with no refund and no item. I have been trying to contact them for weeks but they are ignoring my emails. I will never buy from them again be careful who you buy from cause they will rob you!!

Kat was very helpful with my return. I sent my order back and within 2 days of them receiving it I recieved a refund email but hadn't received my refund on my afterpay account so I messaged them and it was sorted less then 24 hours, very happy! Great customer service

I ordered the loved up set in black - I don’t normally wear super sexy clothes but wanted to try something different and I absolutely loved it 😍 it fit like a glove and I felt so sexy in it. Can’t wait to try something else from this brand

I bought the Asia jumpsuit, it fits feel and is really stretchy which moulded to my body and helped emphasise the hourglass shape with the placement of the mesh. Actually kept me warmer than I expected because the material is thick. Delivery was decent too.
