I purchased a storage bed and a dresser last year in October 2022 paid for it in full the same day I was in the store. I received my storage bed at Christmas and still have not received my dresser. Went in to the store to get my money refunded and was told that they dont give refunds everything is a final sale. Information that I should have been told before I paid for the bed and dresser. I would appreciate my dresser or my money back thank you.

Sold me a broken tv. They refused to replace or repair. Then they refused to accept return. I got the charge removed from my credit card for the tv. But now they add amount owning on my credit report. Don't buy at Bad Boy's. Hence their name they are Bad at Customer service. Bad quality items. Cheers I hope this helps.

Purchased 4 chairs & table in the middle of March 2023 and was told I could have it in 4 weeks which would be the middle of April. I told the salesman that I did not need it until the end of April and he said no problem. It is now May I have a table and only 2 chairs and they have no idea when the other 2 chairs will be in I just have to wait. If I had been told they could not fulfil my request I would have just kept looking until I found someone who could.

This company is a fraud company. I purchased a washer and dryer November 27th of 2022. It is now May 1st and i still haven't received it. I called, emailed and have gotten the run around and dates pushed back numerous times. $2000 GONE. Bought it for my elderly mother and no solution no contact nothing. I said please just give me a similar washer and dryer NOTHING. They don’t respond to emails. This wasn’t a preorder so why the heck was it on the site and you didn’t have the inventory. Please save your money. I’m stressed out. I’m out $2000 and my mother doesn’t have a washer and dryer.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS~~~~Instead of providing the Gold Warranty you buy this business does all the can to ensure they do not have to provide service - When you call the store they tell you to report all issues with your item and then when you file the claim the company says: · Claim is denied as you are reporting many issues (3 issues) at the same time. This is called accumulation of issues
If you would like you can still send the photos but the main reason for denying the claim is clearly outlined above. If you decide to send the photos, please send them in batches of two photos at a time.
Based on what you said on the conversation, you will not be able to show the issues on the photos as most of the damages are inside the sectional.

Do not order form Bad Boy. Ordered a sofa December 29, 2022. Was told in Feb 2023 that they could not deliver that sofa and offered a different one. The sofa came Feb 25 and was badly damaged. Notified Bad Boy immediately. We are now at April 21st and damaged sofa is still not picked up and no replacement. They are now telling us maybe Mid may. They are refusing to refund so that we can get a sofa from a company that will actually deliver it in a timely manner.
Update: May 5 2023 - still no response from Bad Boy on my 3 messages to them. Still no sofa.

Don't bother buying the Solid HD appliance protection plan cuz it first takes 4 days for your service call to be approved and then you'll be lucky to get the right time slot appt booked without missing it cuz my appt was changed and I missed it. Thanks Bad Boy! Terrible customer service.

Who's better??? Eveeeerrrrryyyybody!!! I'll give you the short version. Bought a loveseat from the Barrie Ontario Store,...Lots in stock and I purchased the Golden Warranty. Couch took over three months to be delivered by two angry thugs. Now I am trying to collect on my Golden Warranty... hardwood frame is warping fixed cushions loosing stitching and faux finish peeling off....3 years into a five year warranty. Yep they won't even return my calls. I think they all must be in the back laughing that they have a criminal on their sign and the stupid customers are still coming. I will waste no more effort on this company. They have no respect for their customers.

I purchased a bedroom set on line because I'm in Florida.
Before doing so, I confirmed that the 8 pieces I ordered were in fact 'IN STOCK'.
The order was placed March 27, 2023. Under normal conditions, once an order is placed, a confirmation of the order is sent out. As of today, March 31, 2023, nothing has been received. However, Lastman's Bad Boy charged my credit card.
I attempted to call customer service March 29th and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. I then immediately sent an email as directed to do while online with no response. Friday March 31st, I called the Barrie location where I live and spoke to 'Barb'. She was very kind and understanding and subsequently advised that the order number I was provided with is wrong. Furthermore, I was informed that 1 of the items I purchased wouldn't be available until sometime in August 2023. If that's the case, why wasn't i informed? A phone call, message or email. NOTHING.
Lastman's Bad Boy fraudulently charged my credit card without disclosing anything.
My advice to anyone thinking of shopping at 'Lastman's Bad Boy', DON'T. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!

No star is right! I cannot believe this company is even allowed to operate, it is nothing but a SCAM! DO NOT fall for it! We were in desperate need for a Washing Machine, we even called them to make sure they had it in stock for a faster delivery. They said 2 weeks delivery (2 weeks faster than other companies) and were $20 cheaper, so we took the bait. It has been delayed over and over and over and meanwhile we're left with 2 kids and no washing machine. We finally gave up when we started hearing all of the negative things about Bad Boys and we saw it had been so long that we could get it now, same week, in stock, from Home Depot... We will finally have our new washing machine later today! ....But we still have a headache as Bad Boys is still playing games with our money over 2 months later! I wish we had checked online reviews before! They told us they cannot provide an estimated delivery date anymore as it's not only not in stock, but not even in this country, AND they cannot provide our washing machine model and we should just be forced to get a lower model that they did have in stock, AND also they cannot give us our money back for a product we cannot receive, and want to only give us store credit instead. No. I'm sorry, but I'll never be back at one of your stores ever again after this! Do NOT EVER buy from this company!!! They shouldn't even be allowed to operate a business!!!

Should be 0 stars. Ordered sofa Dec. 26/22 and told it would be del'd by Jan. 15th. After numerous calls and visits told there was a problem and we could pick up a sofa on floor at store for same price. On Feb. 10th picked out one (very small selection), didn't really like colour or style but as we sold our old sofa needed something fast. Told by 2 different people at Kingston store that sofa was shipped on Feb. 27th to Ottawa store and would be delivered to us in Perth in a few days. Phoned Ottawa store and they couldn't find the sofa and Kingston store couldn't find it either. So now over 2 months no couch which we have paid for. All the store personnel does is lie to us to get us out of their hair. Will contact credit company to try and get our money back. DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY.

I am only giving 1 star because I have to otherwise it would be 0. 0 stars for customer service telling me my order will be in by January and then next week and again next week. Here it is March and now Evan whoever he is tells me he doesn't know when the next truck is meanwhile he told me last week I should have it by this weekend. 0 stars for the location on Fairview in Burlington in which I visited two weeks ago said the next truck was February 28th and would receive a call back from the lady who was on vacation whom which I never received a call from. 0 stars for the $50.00 gift card promised by whoever was on the phone a month ago which was never received. 0 star all around. I am almost certain now this machine is not coming and I am still being lied to by Evan, the physical location in Burlington and customer service who doesn't have a clue.

Purchased a fridge in January 2023. Shipping was delayed and delayed. Many calls made to customer service - left messages for management to contact us. Totally ignored. It's now March, still no fridge but Bad Boy has my money. No refunds offered only store credits - crazy! They are literally holding my money ransom. They can't deliver but keep your money - unreal. Had to contact my credit card company to report this and get my money back. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a leather sofa and single chair on August 1,2022. Not only was my delivery late, there was a staple protruding at the back of the sofa and the leather sofa had some scuff to the leather.

I requested this fixed. The repairs took over two weeks.
After one week of sitting on my repaired sofa,the cushions began squeaking. I was told that I needed to upgrade to the high density foam.
Bad Boy covered the cost for the SOFA and refused to redo the single chair which was also sqeaking and the two pieces were purchased together.

After months of emailing to a manager and a director, I was told I need to pay for the high density foam for the single chair and the cost for the technician's labour.

Bad boy has 5 pillars which are supposed to define their service.
Quality,selection,service,value and price.
The quality and the service I received is not quality service.
The value and price I paid was close to 3000.00 including the 5 year Solid Gold warranty. This warranty did not apply to my purchase.

I am so dissatisfied and will NEVER shop at BAD BOY again. The company name defined who they are.

Please consumers research and read the reviews prior to shopping especially at BAD BOY.

This company is a scam. Their online site claims items are in stock but in reality, they are not. Bad Boys will charge you first and doesn't fulfil the order. They also refuse to refund customers.

I made a mistake and did not read the reviews about this store. I want to add to the worst store and Comme t on the worst management. The female manager at the Barrie location is the rudest most pathetic manager I have ever encountered. She was out of line and disrespectful. I bought a product in de 2022. They Make you pay for it before leaving. The product is still not here, excuse after excise why she cant do her job and at least make a phone call to find out where. She should be fired and I am contacting and hoping everyone who has ever dealt with store or her post reviews. The best advertisement is word of mouth and I am telling everyone I know about who this person thinks she can belittle and take advantage of
