Delivered report doesn't match what the package promised
Ordered their 1,200-link "Foundation" bulk backlink package for a client site with 4 target URLs and a diversified anchor list. The product page promises the 1,200 links are split across 6 categories (web 2.0, authority profiles, wiki, bookmarks, directories, press releases), drip-fed over 7 days across up to 3 URLs, with a Domain Authority score included on every link in the report so you can verify it in Moz.
What actually arrived: only 3 of the 6 promised link categories showed up at all, no authority profile links, no directory submissions, no press release pickups (about 37% of the order, just missing). Everything landed on a single URL instead of being split, and the anchor text was 4 generic variants including "click here," not the keyword set provided. The report's own placement dates show all 1,200+ links went live on the same single day, not the "natural 7-day drip" advertised. And despite the site explicitly promising a DA/Authority Score column on every link "so you can verify in Moz," the delivered CSV has no authority metric at all.
On top of that, a chunk of the host domains trace back to well-known free blog-network platforms commonly used by automated link-building software, not the "real, established, no-PBN" sites advertised.
Report was delivered on time and the CSV format itself was clean, so this isn't a "never showed up" complaint, it's that what showed up doesn't match what was sold. Would recommend independently verifying a sample of any report against the product page's own claims before paying again.
