The company provides 2D mock ups for approval and they update you on shipping details. I’m so glad I found this company for our events.

I sent numerous emails to Jennifer, all because I had many questions and doubts (it was my first time ordering something like this), and she patiently answered them all and helped me through the process. The poster itself is of good quality, and the colours are great too! If you need a good place to print scientific posters, I definitely recommend this!

this Is my second order with your company and both times there have been delays due to the proofs not being correct on your end - grommets not showing on proof, the correct amount of grommets not showing even though the order page said every two feet, poor communication from your reps, poor quality showing on the proof yet your rep says it will be high quality when printed.

i should have cancelled the order as it will arrive too late to be of any use to me now.

The reps, especially Jennifer, purposefully misunderstand requests and the replies make zero sense.

They assist me extremely quickly and provide excellent service.

Coming from a non-profit focused on environmental sustainability, I was thrilled to find that Backdrop Source has an option to create banners and table runners from cotton canvas rather than polyester or vinyl. Their personalized service has been excellent, timely and very professional, and their prices are more than competitive. It's on hold due to import charges. we request you to pay the imports and get them delivered and share the receipt with us, we will reimburse you for this as we are having difficulties paying on your behalf , an otp will be sent your number while paying for it"

I bought a two-sided backdrop to use as a photowall for our film festival, and the product itself is very functional and beautiful. The fabric shipped from China and arrived incredibly quickly. The frame for the fabric came from the US and took a little longer. The one big surprise? This company is NOT BASED IN CANADA, so you are going to be facing very significant brokerage fees, plus the HST on the products. I ended up paying about CAN$110 just in brokerage fees for the UPS and DHL shipments. Add in the taxes and you find that your $600 backdrop is actually costing you $800. Be prepared!
