I received the order in the time frame specified and the parcel was undamaged. However, there was a lack of vital information about the Premium Lift-Tilt-table.
The description failed to inform the purchaser that the table details were based on a single bed user.
The description failed to point out that this table could not be used on the left side, that the table halves were not inter-changeable
It seems to me, that it has been assumed all disabled people would be in a single bed, or have the ability to use the right side of their bed. ( If it had been specified that the table was not inter-changeable, I would not of ordered)

Fast delivery and pillow was packaged well. Pillow feels amazing to sleep on so far.

Will definitely be purchasing other things from their website in the future.

I recently bought the Lucky 7 Body Pillow to try and find a way to alleviate shoulder pain/pressure when side sleeping and it certainly does help in that regard. The only thing I would change is that I wish it was a little bit longer, and I wished the accompanying pillow case had a zipper for ease of use!

Back Care on Line was an easy site to navigate. I ordered the thermal mitt for use with arthritis. Heated in the microwave for 30 seconds, twice, it holds its heat very well and it is so good for sore hands.

I had an old pillow and had tried a replacement with a brand that advertises that their pillows will be life changing … hmmm … my old pillow still had my heart (& neck/ spine).
