Excellent breakdown recovery service
Excellent breakdown recovery service. I broke down on the M6 motorway and they arrived quickly (45min) and handled everything very professionally. The technician was calm, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation much easier. Fast response, efficient recovery, and great customer service. Highly recommended.

My emergency call for a car stuck in…
My emergency call for a car stuck in mud was a disaster. The technician was unprofessional claiming the agreed price was too low and demanding a tip.
Though he pulled the car out, the service was reckless, resulting in my undertray being broken into pieces. I can only assume this damage was a result of his poor attitude and lack of care after being denied his tip request.
Avoid this "perfect 5 star" company at all costs. Their service is unprofessional and will cost you more in repairs.
Update: They do care about customer feedback. Hopefully, this is just a problem with a few subcontractors.
