Great service and product selection. No question asked was too much trouble. Will use again next year

I highly recommend B Kosher. I needed a few items urgently, at a very busy time, and the people in the shop went out of their way to send them to me quickly so that I would receive them the very next day. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency.

Excellent experience, needed kosher groceries delivered to a hotel for a traveler and customer service was wonderful. Really great people and highly recommend for all your kosher needs in London.

I ordered my Pesach order by email, got a phone call and simultaneously the order was put together. It arrived promptly.
Anyone I spoke to was very polite.
Not easy getting kosher food to N. Ireland but BKosher can do it.

This is a wonderful store with many Kosher products that I have been unable to find anywhere else. The staff were very accommodating when I encountered website difficulties and was unable to pay via the website, and I was provided with a different link for a quick and easy checkout. From previous use of the store, delivery is very prompt and goods arrive in perfect condition.

I would highly recommend the store to everyone and will continue to buy from B-Kosher.

The delivery was packaged great to Birmingham, the ice was still solid so all perishables arrived in perfect condition. Customer service were also great at addressing a question I had quickly and professionally. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered a selection of herrings, l am a Swede and really appreciate that they have those products. However, l ordered and there were 2 items missing. I have emailed twice and on whatsup and no response.
Not what l expect for a first time buyer. Just discovered, the mustard (senap) herring was replaced with curry herring. What's going on in that place?
We have resolved the problem and l appreciate that. They did not charge for the missing item, they just forgot to mention that they was not packed in the delivery. The swapped mustard herring to curry herring is easily done, same colour.

Horrible service. The staff in bkosher are very rude and unhelpful. There is no one to help and they do not show any care about the customers. I bought a product from another bkosher store and wanted to replace it at another. They were rude and told me go back to the store you bought it from. They did not even say why. This is not a way to treat customers. Even if i did not buy it from the store i was returning in, still you should treat customers nicely. There is no need to be rude. I will never shop there again. Stay away from this shop. Very bad attitude.

Very bad customer service. The staff are so rude and very lazy. I wanted some help to order some products that were not in store and they did not care less to help me. They ignored my questions and rudely said if we don't have it there is nothing they can do. They did not even think to ask someone or even the manager. Even when they took my money at the till they were rude. No smiles and not friendly at all. Disgusting service. I will not be going there again. I will now shop only in kosher kingdom or outlet. Stay away from this rude shop. They do not deserve your money.

Very happy with the extremely prompt response and dispatch of my order.
Arrived on the date requested, which was three weeks advanced of my order date, and really impressed with the protective packaging.

Order not delivered on booked date. Partial order delivered 5 day later. No communication from this company to explain why order sent out incomplete or apologies for the delay. Tried to contact them numerous times to find out when I could expect my order. They do not answer the phone , do not reply to emails and do not reply to WhatsApp messages despite offering this as a means of communication. Will not order again. Wholly unreliable service and no regard for customers.

Order arrived a day late when paid for next day delivery.
It was wet and many items unusable. I have called and emailed many times, no answer. The company do not care. Extremely bad customer service.

In 2023 I had an amazing experience with Bkosher when they delivered all of my grocery needs to my remote holiday cottage. They went above and beyond — carefully packing fridge and freezer items with ice packs, and even freezing some items beforehand on my request to make sure everything arrived perfectly cold after a long journey. It was exceptional service.

This year (2025) I reached out again. At first they told me they would be closed during the summer holidays, which I completely understood. But after I contacted them, they got back to me and said that because they had a few similar requests, they would actually be able to do it for me again — even though they were officially closed! They once again prepared the fridge and freezer items exactly as I asked, and were so responsive to every single message, making me feel like I was their only customer.

That level of personal care and commitment is so rare these days. Bkosher doesn’t just provide great kosher groceries — they provide a service full of kindness, reliability, and attention to detail. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review… but they shipped to me twice and both times the frozen became absolutely warm and had to be chucked. No refund or reply.

Tzions customer service is excellent. He always has a smile. He goes out of his way to make his customers happy.
