Line Fitness classes. How can they be described? Well it’s like meeting up with the family no pressure to be good. Just wonderful people having fun. Lots of laughter and craziness….. pop along and join the belly laughing along with dancing music and a fab teacher

I highly recommend the B-Fit group. Although I was nervous at first, everyone made me feel welcome straight away. Every session is filled with fun, and the friendly, supportive atmosphere makes exercising a pleasure. There are so many classes to choose from, with something for everyone. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have plenty of experience, everyone feels included. B-Fit is a wonderful way to improve your fitness, meet new people and have fun.

Absolutely love these classes, there are many different classes which are also very well programmed, can be adapted to all capabilities and all the coaches/instructors are very knowledgeable. Such a great, friendly environment. Highly recommend 100%

Best fitness classes in the area, plenty of variety, inclusive to all abilities, have been going to these classes for 8 months now, every class is different, always guaranteed a good workout and ALWAYS leave feeling great!

The Bfit team are friendly, caring & helpful in everyway. There are multiple classes of different styles at different times everyday so always something to choose from.

Great variety of classes and lots of other events /socials too. Always makes the classes fun and lots of effort and thought put into themed classes at Halloween, Christmas etc. as well.

I joined Bfit earlier in the year, I was apprehensive at first but the group is very friendly and welcoming. There are range of classes which are tailored for all ability’s. There’s also no judgment if you “freestyle” which I do plenty of times! 😊 If you want fun fitness, Bfit is for you!

B‑Fit offers such a brilliant mix of classes for all abilities, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. The group who go along are genuinely lovely, supportive, encouraging, and full of good energy. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to showing up because you know you’ll get a great workout and feel part of something.

I have been doing B-Fit for a while now I started off doing one class I now do four and plan on adding more. The team are extremely friendly and helpful if you can’t do certain moves it gets adapted to you. The classes are built for all ages plus they have social times too. Definitely give it a try you won’t be disappointed
