It has been a great experience so far!

The company is transparent, the team is expanding day by day with passionate experts who are not doing this for the money but to help people like us! I joined a few months ago and what i can see is non-stop work on the products and tireless reasearch and development to improve them and bring new things for us!

They (we:) ) have a strong, friendly and helpful community, i got help and answers to my (sometimes maybe too much :P) questions. Looking forward to what the BCUBE team can surprise us with this year!
I am really excited for the new website and the marketing campaign that will start with it and the crowd-favorite strategy factory and trailing SL models too! BCUBE is my #1 long time investment and it is just getting better every day :)

Terrible results from using their bots. Please see below some of the previous 1-month bots' performance, with data coming straight from within their website (with verified timestamps/screenshots):

Overall I am content at this moment. The bots are performing "okay", but all the fancy features the team is coming out with in the future makes me excited like the factory of strategies and DEX bot. Truthfully, I believe the team just needs time to optimize the bots so I am not going to judge performance on such a short time frame. The background of the team is very strong and they have many quant analysts and researchers devoted to only creating and fine-tuning bot strategies so I think the future is bright. Even if by some chance another crypto trading bot company comes out ahead momentarily I think in the long run the bcube bots will be far superior just due to the strong team.

My biggest concern (and only real complaint) is the lack of quality PR. The CEO has strong vision and is knowledgable in the area of trading, but he is terrible when it comes to taking criticism. He is not good in the area of customer service/relations so he should not put himself in this area, but however just focus on the core business. We will get telegram announcements about how they are disappointed in us and what not for bringing up questions, suggestions, complaints, whatever it is. There is no PR team in the world who would say they are openly disappointed in their investors, it's just very strange... The team needs to hire a quality PR team to handle social media, customer service complaints, trust-pilot reviews, etc. I went through some of the negative reviews on here and although the responses by the team weren't necessarily wrong they were handled very poorly. Customer relations has less to do with proving you are right and more to do with "listening", "apologizing", "understanding" etc. It should not be a contest to battle with the clients who write bad reviews, but a moment to understand their concerns and just listen to them and why they wrote what they did. Fortunately bcube is still small and so this can be reconciled before mass marketing and adoption takes place. The fundamentals are strong and the team is experienced, but PR and customer relations are honestly not great... and this needs to be addressed as the image of a company is arguably more important than the products/services they provide.

***EDIT - RESPONSE TO ANSWER*** - Thank you for reading my response, but it still seems that what I have said was not truly heard. Yes you are correct about the monthly webinars which is something that is great and very much appreciated by the community because investors like to know what progress is being made. The 24/7 customer service is also great for clients, but I never said these things weren't great, so it doesn't make sense why you brought these things up? I merely mentioned that bcube is truly lacking in the PR department. Some announcements have been made that are truly poor *referring to the team saying they are disappointed in investors*, the review comments on trust pilot are argumentative, and the CEO calls people idiot-s on twitter. This is why I suggested to hire a professional PR team who will mold the image of bcube into one of which the team ultimately wants to have but is struggling to do so. My intentions on here aren't to shame anyone because no one is perfect. I am not insulting the CEO by saying he doesn't take criticism well, but merely pointing out a fact. Every time I have seen any sort of criticism made by a community member on telegram or twitter it either resulted in that person being banned or that person being attacked. This is something that has caused investors to leave and I have thought about it before just for these reasons. I hope you take these words seriously because I am not just here to spread FUD, but I am a supporter of the project. At the same time it is my responsibility as an investor to be critical of projects short comings which from my perspective the biggest short comming is in regards to public relations.

The company is extremely solid and fundamentals are strong as bedrock. Their team has the best expertise you could dream for, and their products work even better than intended. No doubt one of the best discoveries in my life.

Great, hardworking and passionate team, they always deliver before the deadline! Huge things to come in 2022! Products are constantly monitored and updated if neccesary and new things are in the make.

The best crypto trading AI bots company in the market. The new futures bots released started from mid September are amazing, with amazing return on investment, and on top of that they are free if you just buy Bcube token and stake it. The team is very talented, and the business model is awesome and provides a lot of value to customers. You can both make money with bots (free if you stake bcube token), and also buy bcube token and make money on the long run with token appreciation. You just need to set a low leverage for the bots you use, and have a long term vision, both for the bots and the token. The bots will sometimes make losing trades, but that's part of the process. On the long run it will make more wins and profit, and provide returns unheard of in traditional markets

This company does what it says on the tin. The service and the quality of the products are incredible but true. The B-Cube team and even the CEO himself patiently answered all of my questions and they are available 24/7 with advice and support, really great. B-Cube's business model is super innovative and will completely change the market, no monthly costs. The competition has to dress warmly.

Lost most of my investment and had to pull out, unless I was trying to aim for 0, which I was rapidly approaching.

The “bot” consistently looses your money, so I would be leaning to agreeing this is some sort of a scam and the company will not last.

They can’t take any expressions of concern and immediately kick you out of their telegram if negative experience shared. They are very defensive and quick to attack you if you state your account numbers FACTS, assuming with an aim of shutting you up, rather than addressing or trying to fix their issues. Which there are many.
Main issue being, bot is supposed to make you money and have better decision making than human, instead it is worse and losses more money than any human.

I would advise stay away. It does not work. I have lost too much money for something that I should have taken my losses and exited months ago. Instead I stayed in some hope it will improve, when the only improvement that was happening was the rate my money was disappearing.

In my opinion B scam. So don’t B scammed as I was.

They have million excuses for everything, which probably this is where they spend their time on and not on this, I come to agree with everyone, fictitious “bot”.

Companies like this are not the first ones, nor the last. But for sure they all go down in time.

Your performance statistics of the “bot” are questionable by my own experience as they do not reflect reality lived through by myself.

Saying I am not a technical person, well, that is why people would usually decide on using product like yours. If not so, you need to get out of this and “create” something different.

As far as settings, they were changed in the first week of operating when I canceled all orders after losing almost $1000, after just a few days.

Settings were changed soon after to your team’s instructions, after which it continued losing money at rapid rate. Again, all this happened close to the start of our engagement (first weeks).

So yes, settings were set to that screen shot you are mentioning. And as per your instructions.
All happened in the first ?weeks? of operating. Settings were left to those required settings, that you were suggesting till the end.

I am sure you still have paying customers, as pointed out (probably the ones like me, hoping it will improve), but left out how many have abandoned and will abandon you due to non performing and losing their money.

Also, about the markets, if they went down after I joined and you’re blaming losing money on that (which should have been avoided by the bot, if it was performing), what is happening when markets are rapidly going up now and I am losing money even more so??

Be careful here. These signals are not worth a penny. It has nothing to do with AI and in my opinion it's a scam.
Be prepared that they charge your credit card on and on even if you thought you just paid for a month of signals and even if you closed your account as soon as possible.
Pay once, if you think you need to, make your experience and then change your Credit Card. Just a suggestion. For me I had to do this to stop their behavior.

Bad experience, I agree with the other negative review.
I went onto telegram chat, I made a few positive criticisms and they were telling me to leave and go somewhere else....if this is their customer service, then I doubt they will move forward.

I have my second month running and have cancelled bot, because it is nothing but losses. If they decide to contest this, I will provide screen shots.

My advice to all is never pay for service upfront, they must give a 2 week trial if they really believe in their product, and now I see why they have no trial.!! I have lost 100 euro and not gained a penny... save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere.

I told then stop inventing new bots, this is being done to cover up losses and appear to know the market fully, which they don't have a clue.
I told them to concentrate on existing bots and tweak them, and they had nothing but bad words towards me.

They fail to understand that its not just a bull market, in a bear market, they can short trades and if they are using spot, then they can sell to base currency like udst and gbp.

You all have been warned.

You can see from company review below, it is all lies, and companies like these won't last long, getting exposed hurts their pockets.
They fail to understand the crucial bits, I don't feel sorry for them, they need to be exposed when they are fleecing people.
When I joined, they fail to understand the fact that, they could have easily sold byc to gbp or eur so that our money would not see a big negative value....it's just that it will probably cost them more to do this and they will pass costs onto us....

Best of luck to this MISERABLE FAILING COMPANY....CANT EVEN TAKE CRITICISM, AND THEIR REPLY PROVES THIS....DOES NOT MATTER WHEN YOU JOIN, THE BOT SHOULD PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT...LOL...OR SHOULD I WAIT TILL IT DROPS TO 200 EUROS FROM 1000 AND THEN YOU CHARGE ME YOUR SPECIAL MONTHLY FEE OF 50 EUROS...WHAT A JOKE

Well hopefully by now everyone realises what I was talking about. It's a shame that this Fool of a company thought they would make money by not following my instructions, I was right all along,...all those silly managers, just did not listen ... You place trades, then place money back into customers currency,...simple hey..

I just entered the Bulls&Bears Altcoin Bot. After paying 49 € for 1 month they showed their deals with that bot - which are poor 703 from September 2019 to Mai 2021, so its 35 trades a month. There are many days the bot does not trade at all. And if you see the results of their trades (at least they show it)... wow, my technical analysis signals have a much better outcome, and I trade round about 100 a day.
There are hundreds of signallers out there who deliver more and good trading signals for less money. For sure this is not AI at all and you will get in return not much with this bot. Be careful if you think about using this offer. I just deleted my account right away. At least learned something. In my opinion its scam, nothing else.

Absolute amazing team, very smart, diligent, and thorough in their trading approach. Bcube goes significantly beyond AI with a whole membership community in place improving the profits substantially.

Too expensive for the gambles the bot makes.
You can do the same yourself and make more profit in 1 day then the bot in 1 month.
I personally think it is not a.i. but rather a human pushing buttons.
