Shipment issue
I did an order 2 weeks ago, my order left UK to transit in Mexico (I live in belgium). First, it is not ecological at all, second, I sent an e mail to the customer service one week ago because my order was staying at the same place since one week and I didn’t get any response.

Dear Noor,
I am very sorry that your package has not arrived yet. I did reply to your initial enquiry via email on 25 March 2024, but my email may have ended up in your junk folder.
When I received your enquiry, I did contact Royal Mail immediately to ask them to find out where your package was. I have had a response from them this morning saying that they mis-sorted your order and it was sent to Mexico. However, it has already been redirected to Belgium and so should be on its way to you. I apologise that it has taken so long to get this information, however it has been delayed by the long Easter weekend. I have also sent you this information this morning via email.
I apologise again for the delay in the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we could not have foreseen or prevented this error by Royal Mail. I have checked, and your order was addressed correctly.
I will continue to keep an eye on the tracking for your order, and let you know of any updates.

Beaded bangles
Beautiful bangles but a bit on the small side. Managed to open them with effort. Look great but it would be helpful to see the reverse of the bangle on the models. There is quite a gap at the back.

Azuni is, hands down, my favourite jewellery brand- I have been buying pieces from them for over 20 years &, to this day, I have not been disappointed.
My statement pieces always receive compliments & dress up ANY outfit (glam or otherwise) but, even their more simple designs, add a touch of style & sophistication for those more casual days. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Aside from meeting my own personal tastes, I love the fact that each design is handcrafted by a modern British Designer & they are ethically created making each purchase seem like a no-brainer. Basically, it would be rude not to :)
