a spotless E-class delivered to the airport. Alex couldn’t have been more helpful. *Service experience with Alex specifically gives me confidence to get one of the more expensive cars the next time! I’ll be a repeat customer anytime I come to Majorca.

If Carlsberg made hire cars, this would be the one!
Seriously, I wish you were in every country and not just Mallorca. It was seamless from start to end. The service was first class from your team and Alex who met us and took care of us at the airport was absolutely wonderful. It felt truly effortless and made the holiday so much nicer an experience for it. The car was beautiful, we were given a surprise upgrade and it was brand new. I am not sure any hire car company can match this experience for us moving forward. We will be back when we revisit the island. Thank you so much.

Easy pick up (once I had found the car). Car was what we booked and worked well. Good customer service - easy to reach via WhatsApp and Alex v helpful. Overall, straightforward, good experience.

Great service. Alex met us at the airport, communicated through WhatsApp. Video of where to meet and where to drop off. The car was 5 star. Rented an a class Mercedes. Like new.
5 star service. 5 star car rental. Will use again.

Timely delivery and pickup with excellent service, including the convenience of having the car delivered directly to your preferred location in Palma.
