All data lost on my server , Do Not Buy from these guys
They broke something on their server side, causing me to completely lose access to my hosted Minecraft server. When I opened a support ticket expecting them to restore my node, fix the issue, or help recover my files, their only solution was to issue me a fresh, empty server.
They made zero attempt to fix the original server or recover my files. Years/months of builds, community progress, and player memory data were completely lost due to their infrastructure failure. Giving a customer a new blank server after corrupting/destroying their environment is NOT acceptable support.
If you care about your server data, builds, or uptime, do not buy Minecraft hosting from Azion Cloud. You will end up having to start all over from scratch when their hardware fails. Look elsewhere for hosting that actually takes backups and server integrity seriously

Unauthorized AutoPay Charges Post-Cancellation & Complete Lack of Accountability
I strongly advise avoiding Azion Cloud.
I officially canceled my service, yet an unauthorized charge of ₹199 was still debited from my account via an automated mandate on their end. When I reached out to their support team on Discord with proof of transaction, they refused to issue a manual refund.
Instead of taking responsibility for their system error, the owner blamed an internal partner/staff member, claiming the other staff member left with the funds and the payment gateway was closed. Rather than rectifying an unauthorized charge caused by their own system, they tried to dismiss the issue entirely and hide behind internal partner disputes.
Blaming former staff for unauthorized debits post-cancellation is completely unacceptable business behavior. Their lack of accountability and poor billing ethics make them untrustworthy. Find a legitimate, professional hosting provider instead.

Horrible Customer Support – Erroneous Autopay Debits & Refusal to Refund
Avoid Azion Cloud at all costs.
I canceled my hosting service, yet an active UPI AutoPay mandate charged me ₹199.00 after the cancellation. When I brought this transaction to their support team on Discord, they admitted that their payment gateway had changed and that their internal business partners had split up.
Instead of handling the issue professionally and issuing a manual refund via UPI or bank transfer, they completely refused to return the money. The owner blamed internal partner disputes, claimed they "don't provide refunds" under any circumstances, and tried to dismiss the unauthorized post-cancellation charge.
Extremely unprofessional operation, non-existent accountability, and questionable billing practices. Save your money and use a reputable hosting provider instead.

if u had csancelled ur subsacription from your upi it is impossible to charge id u had cacncelled ur subsacripton and our refund period is 48hrs and u are aksing for refind after a motnh this genuinaly fake rveiew just affecting our image it should be removed soon

The hosting is cheap but super laggy. They have indian nodes, but every few days I'm facing network issues with the server, and the mod who is in charge of support ignores messages when a ticket is made and always gives the same answer: they will inform the data centre, and the ticket gets closed. I would like to make a formal complaint, if that's possible.
