the sizes of the items can vary and that’s disappointing. i ended up buying same size of jacket as my hoodie was and it was too large, and customer service failed to fix the issue

We understand the frustration that can come with size variations and appreciate your patience. Although our exchange policy requires that items be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, we made an exception as a gesture of goodwill to facilitate your exchange.
However, the size you needed was unfortunately out of stock at the time. We informed you that the hoodie would be back in stock in a couple of months and offered to exchange it for you as soon as it arrived at our HQ.
We genuinely tried our best to accommodate your needs under the current circumstances. We value you as a customer and appreciate your understanding as part of the AZAT MARD family.
