The document frames I received were of excellent quality, well packaged, and shipped quickly. I would also like to add that Ms. Sarah Zuniga provided very fine customer service.

Item arrived broken
One item was packaged in single wall cardboard and it arrived broken.... I wrote that on 2/23, but I soon got a hold of them and they resolved the issue and gave me a replacement.
