Avoid at all costs! Purchased a pair of le mieux breeches at Blenheim horse trials at the trade stand. After 1st wear the stitching fell apart. Contacted for an exchange, wasn’t given a receipt but sent proof of payment from my bank statement. Told me there were no transactions for the time & date supplied & I must be wrong, this went on for weeks! I have now received a refund through my bank as absolutely disgusting customer service, quite possibly the worst I have ever had!

Avoid this website and save yourself a lot of hassle and frustration.
I ordered size 7 mens boots, simple.
They decide to send size 7 wide fitting. They were obviously too big.
I had to pay for the postage as they said that they always send wide fitting as standard.
Nowhere on the website does it state this.
By the way, you will have to apply for a refund and then await their decision, and they are not in a hurty to make that decision

Please avoid. Ordered birthday present. Waiting long with no respond. Manage to cancel payment through Paypall.

Order never arrived , communications ignored . Placed my order on the 10/04/2025 - had to get a refund through PayPal! Awful company

Easy purchase, processed quickly. However, returns are costly - at buyers expense, outbound shipping not refunded, it cost almost £10 to try for size. On the plus side, refund was timely. Wouldn't buy again

Fraudulent website - never got my order, tried to contact them in multiple channel and no one is responding.

Rug out of Stock.. Ordered a rug on 23/8 to be emailed the same day to be told it was out of stock... immediately asked for a refund and still waiting on the 29/08 for my refund so had to telephone them and speak to someone...They dont seem to look at their emails although they ask you by email how you want to proceed because they don't have a product in stock... How long do you have to wait for a refund these days?

Ordered a present for daughters birthday, took 8 days before they then emailled to tell me the product was out of stock. No offer of a refund, just to let them know if they can help in anyway... requested a refund, heard nothing, now having to try and claim back through paypal. Absolute nightmare

Terrible experience, ordered online and now 10 days and have heard absolutely nothing about my order. I have tried calling, emailing and Facebook message and no one has responded. I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs!!

Don't trust this company, there pricing advertised is false. The prices were shown as discounted, if you paid for the order they then contact you to say it was discontinued in error and they will only sell for the full price (which is £30 above other companies) or have a refund.
Total waste of time

Item was as described and well packaged. It also arrived soon after ordering. All in all a very positive experience!

Chased Ayr Equestrian about an order made for a Christmas present. I was told it was not in stock and would take 12 weeks.
Should not sell something you do not have, especially at this time of year.
I was advised that I had been called and an answerphone message left to advise of the problem - simply not true.

I placed order ages ago and not received anything, I called up and they said it’s out of stock and they are waiting on stock,
Why sale something that’s out of stock?
Anyways was told it will be leaving the following day as that’s when stock is due,
That’s over 2 weeks ago now , sent email got know reply, just called again , and got recorded message saying this mailbox is full goodbye, and call cuts out , will be reporting this company as fraud now
