Luego te hace el asesor movimientos dónde supuestamente estás ganando dinero. Dejan dos días sin aparecer al cabo de este tiempo tu cuenta aparece .n cerojsinmimveraiońes sin nnada. Le dejé mensajes al asesor subidos se tono y apareció a decirme que para que recuperar mi inversión debería abrir.una cuenta o utilizar una tarjeta de crédito e invertir 600 dólares.al.soguiente día mi cuenta estaba en cero. Son unos ladrones se porquería juegan con tus ilusiones. No inviertan en est ni en ninguna plataforma son estafadores muy hábiles. Todos los días reviso mi cuenta pero.nooooo aparece ni el asesor Lázaro ni nadie son ratas bien maestras.

Coincido plenamente con todos los usuarios que afirman que es ESTAFA!!!! Ya me robaron en octubre del 2025. Intenté cerrar la cuenta y es imposible. Me llaman nuevamente ahora, con la intencion de ayudarme a recuperar mis ganancias, ingresando ellos 250 usd en mi cuenta, empiezo a operar y al 3º dia me piden que ingrese dinero para poder recuperar! Obviamente que les dije que NO. Automaticamente, no me llamaron más y mi cuenta esta en cero. Igual que el año pasado que me robaron todo. Encima se enojan cuando no haces lo que ellos quieren! LADRONES, CHANTAS, SINVERGUENZAS!!!!

Operaste con nosotros entre agosto y septiembre de 2025. No hubo actividad en tu cuenta durante los últimos 7 meses, hasta hace dos semanas, cuando fuiste seleccionada para nuestro programa de recuperación y recibiste un crédito de $250 USD.

Nuestro agente se puso en contacto contigo para ofrecerte asistencia, la cual aceptaste. Operaste con el crédito y, 10 días después, tu margen disminuyó debido a condiciones de mercado desfavorables. En estos casos, puedes dejar que tus operaciones alcancen el stop-loss o depositar fondos en tu cuenta para aumentar tu margen. Indicaste que no querías depositar fondos y la cuenta alcanzó el stop-loss.

La llamada fue muy cordial; el agente fue muy paciente y respetuoso en todo momento. Respondió a todas tus preguntas con claridad y cortesía, sin alzar la voz. También mencionaste específicamente que habías sido víctima de una estafa por parte de otra plataforma, no la nuestra.

Finalmente, dado que mencionaste que querías cerrar tu cuenta, no teníamos motivo para seguir contactándote.

Our agent contacted you to offer assistance, which you accepted. You traded with the credit, and 10 days later, your margin decreased due to unfavorable market conditions. In these cases, you can either let your trades reach the stop-loss or deposit funds into your account to increase your margin. You indicated that you did not want to deposit funds, and the account reached the stop-loss.

The call was very friendly; the agent was very patient and respectful throughout. He answered all your questions clearly and politely, without raising his voice. You also specifically mentioned that you had been the victim of a scam by another platform, not ours.

Finally, since you mentioned that you wanted to close your account, we had no reason to continue contacting you.

There is no signed agreement between us imposing fines for not trading or withdrawing funds from the wallet due to unacceptable conditions and false statements from the account manager, whose claims have proven inaccurate. When I consulted your legal representative, he simply stated that the account manager had left and that they were unaware of any agreement between us. It is assumed that... Go back to your recorded calls and take responsibility for the words of the employee who manages the account if you want to show good faith and not manipulate the words.

1. We NEVER threatened you
2. When you trade with 90% of company money, you can’t expect to get 100% of the profits.
3. You came here looking for a solution and we gave you one. You were never forced to take it.

This offer was made in good faith, and you agree to it immediately. You only retracted when you realized you would not be able to slander our name anymore, which only shows your own lack of good faith and integrity.
Believe it or not, we do have the right to ask you not to talk badly about us, you may think it’s not fair, we just think it’s common sense.
You, on the other hand, made it very clear that it is your intention to keep tarnishing our reputation, and for someone who claims to be so concerned about ethics, that is anything but ethical behavior on your part.
As for your claim that there is not signed agreement between us, know that by checking the mandatory box when you registered for your account, you explicitly accepted the client agreement which is an actual legally binding contract. It is your responsibility to understand it or see clarification if you don’t. With all due respect “I didn’t know” is not a valid line of defense.

This will be our last response on this platform; we are not interested in engaging in unproductive conversations. For the record, we have nothing to hide, and we have discussed everything publicly with you, but this has become an extremely inefficient interaction, and you seem more interested in writing bad reviews than actually reach a conclusion in this matter.

As you were already informed by email, you traded for 2 months with 4,000$ of credits and 500$ of your own money, meaning that almost 90% of the total trading capital was made of company issued credits.

At the end of the credit period, we concluded that you did not complete any of the requirements and the profits you generated were not yours to keep.

Your account was inactive for 4 months and we were within our rights to charge inactivity fees and were not obligated to refund them to you. Despite this, we are willing not only to refund the fees but also the profits you generated, *even though you did not complete the volume*.

The way the market works is one thing, but having a serious and professional company that safeguards clients' resources by conducting risk analyses, profiling clients, mitigating risks, and not investing in dubious projects is another. We were pressured in a coercive manner, regardless of the delicate health circumstances my father and I were experiencing. We also have everything documented. I know you have more money; without me, you won't lose any more. Everything you do will be useless. You don't set the conditions here; I (Federico) do. This type of transaction is also registered here by clients such as: Maria Alejandra Aranda (PY), Edwin H (CO), Gabriela J Dalin Vargas Martinez, Rafael Miranda (PY), Veronica Esteban, Hugo Ortiz, Orlando Arias (CO), just to name a few. Regarding the alleged transfer of money from Brazil to Colombia, who is responsible for monitoring this? The client or the AML teams of reputable banks or financial institutions? They cannot operate in Brazil and are registered with the CVM. We strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
If you are the owner of account 5602372, we can see that you deposited 100$ as a first investment and started trading. within a few days, your account reached a critical margin level and as a gesture of goodwill, we credited your account with 150$ so you would not stop out.
It should be noted that trading with such a small amount has several disadvantages such as very limited risk management options, very limited potential profits and most of all, due to the high volatility of the market, your account would be in constant margin call as this would not be sufficient to sustain active trades of any kind.
You kept most of your trades open for several days which in turn generated overnight fee charges and affected your equity and available margin.
Unfortunately, your account ultimately reached a stop out due to negative outcome of your trades and the fees that they incurred.

No tuve una buena experiencia con esta empresa, no la recomiendo. Al principio te dicen que te vas ha llenar de plata y te empiezan a pedir cada vez más plata. Los asesores me ayudaron poco y la mayoría de las grandes inversiones fueron negativas así que fueron perdidas. Cuando quise retirar dinero me dicen que tengo que cerrar todas las posiciones en negativo para poder sacar plata y nunca recibí ni un centavo. Son poco claros y te ayudan poco así que no los recomiendo

Stay Away from Samarttool Trading – A Manipulative and Unethical Company

My experience with Samarttool Trading has been an absolute nightmare. This company is nothing more than a scam disguised as a trading platform. Their so-called “Account Manager” manipulated me from day one, constantly advising me to open buy/sell positions that clearly had no strategic or financial logic. The only goal was to pressure me into depositing more and more money, promising recovery and high returns.

Every recommendation turned out to be disastrous, even when I had chance to withy
Obey they delayed it till my balance getting in risk ! and it became painfully clear that they had no interest in my success – only in draining my account. I ended up losing a huge amount of money, all because I trusted their misleading guidance. There was no transparency, no accountability, and definitely no integrity.

Avoid Samarttool Trading at all costs. If you value your money and peace of mind, do not fall into the same trap I did. This company should be investigated for predatory practices and financial manipulation.

Son unos estafadores y ladrones

Son unos estafadores. Te dicen mentiras, te roban tu dinero. Dejan de darte guía si no empiezas a invertir en mercados donde toca meter más dinero. Te manipulan y te hacen hacer las transacciones que elllos quieren sin ser claros porque motivo debes hacerlo. Sacar el dinero no es fácil, salirse del fondo tampoco. A mí me dejaron de llamar cuando les dije que me querían salir y dejaron que mi dinero se perdiera. Son unos ladrones, mentirosos!

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your trading experience.
As a Bronze account holder, you are entitled to the assistance of our support department. Dedicated account managers are assigned from the Silver tier and up, which would require a larger investment.
Your account shows that you made a number of trades, and some were actually profitable, so claiming the assistance provided only lead to losses is actually not truthful.
The one and only withdrawal that was requested by you was actually processed within a matter of hours, so here again we are not sure why you claim that it "isn't easy to withdraw".
We must clarify that participation is voluntary, and no one is forced to invest or continue investing. You have free will to stop trading at any time, and you have free will to ignore the market reviews and not open any trades.

Asco de estafadores...son basura y se aprovechan de la gente que no conocen del tema...y les roban abiertamente, pero hay que reportar los números de estos uruguayos meterlos en delitos económicos

Reply# 2 I was sending the report to trustpilot site so there's a witness. If I send it to you, it's easy for you to lie and stall.

I didn't write that I sent the money from my friend's bank card. I mentioned that I asked my friend to lend me some money, and then I sent the money from my own card, not my father's as you mentioned.
Also,when your account manager asked me to bring clients & in return I will get bonuses,one of my friends that I asked him to subscribe in your fake platform informed me that you are scammer & supplied me with a lot of your victims contact numbers located in my country ,afterthat I checked the availability of your victims outside Oman & I was surprised of that they are a lot & all of them faced Same story with you (you informed them that they will get profits & account manager when they just send $500 then informed them by this amount they will not be able to get account manager ( they must send at least $50,000),some of them already sent this amount using different ways selling their cars & taking bank loans but you asked them to send more & more till the end.

You said that the minimum amount to send is $470, and now you're admitting that I sent $150 and then $350 at intervals. This in itself contradicts your statement

We believe we have finally identified your account and would like to clarify a few important points.

To begin with, you opened your account in April 2024, over a year ago. It's unclear why it took so long for you to raise these concerns, especially if, as you claim, you have "so much evidence".

Let’s review the facts:

1. There is no such thing as being “kicked out” of the platform. At no point was your account access blocked or restricted by us.
2. The minimum required deposit to activate a trading account is $470. You made two deposits: $150 in June 2024 and $350 in July 2024, totaling $500.
3. From that amount, you withdrew a total of $378.85, and a $30 standard withdrawal fee was applied.
The funds were returned in 2 separate transactions, corresponding to your 2 deposits, and each was sent back to the original card used—registered in your father’s name, who you now all of a sudden describe as “a friend.”

Additionally, you claimed we offered to "solve your issue if you stopped sending comments." Despite the fact that there is no evidence of such a claim, It seems we held our end of this supposed agreement, you clearly have not.

When making serious accusations, accuracy is essential. Unfortunately, many of the claims you've made do not align with our records.

Furthermore, please note that Trustpilot operates as a neutral platform and does not intervene in individual disputes. Submitting 13 pages of documentation has no impact on the situation.
